Tim Hortons review: service

I am so sick of Tim Hortons in Englehart. Everyday, I get the same coffee. U would think after all this time, my coffee would be right. I get it, mistakes happen and everyone is human but come on. It seems like it's always my orders. But it's not cause I hear alot of people complaining.
Anyways, when someone takes sweetner in their coffee, make sure its sweetner and make sure u empty the whole little packet.
I thank both girls that helped me out when I went in [censored]ing today. I did apologize to them.
I wrote a very positive review a while back about one of these girls and I got an email back saying she would be told about my review and possibly rewarded but guess what? She was never told or showed by management. What a joke. U can sure tell when it's her working because service is fast friendly and efficient. Always with a smile. I dread the days she doesnt work because I know it will probably suck. Dont get me wrong, theres a few girls there that are awesome also. But some... no comment.
Saturday night we went for a coffee run. The kid at the window or anyone else there I guess, did not know how to make a caramel latte. The kid at the counter thought it came with a tea bag. When we got home, it still wasnt right. Like really? Did he even get trained?
At the beginning when they first opened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now after all this time, come on!
That's just the drink screw ups, dont get me started on the food.
I worked at Tim's in Liskeard, I know the drill. The rules must have changed since then because we did not get away with half the crap englehart does.
I will keep going there because I dont have a choice if I want coffee but I hope they pull their heads out of their [censored] soon.
As for the girl who didnt get credit at all for the review, I will be writing another one.
