Tim Hortons review: service and product

Tonight at 9:30 I stopped at this time hortons on my way to work 3rd shift as I do every night of the week. I orderd my large coffee with 2 creams. When I got to the window the cashier had me waiting while she filled my coffee. Then she dumped it out and procedded to make me wwait 6 mins while she filled up my coffe from 2 carafs that were filling up at the same time. THen she dumped it out again and made me wait longer when she did the same thing again. She said there were grounds in the coffee. I feel that she sould have had a pot made so customers did not have to wait like I did. I was not happy with the customer service at all. I waited a long time and it was un necessary. The coffee tasted horrible too. SHe didint give the coffee enough time to brew and there were grounds in it.
