Tim Hortons review: Rushing people in the am and not getting the order correct

This am Sep 28 I ordered a bagel and a large steep tea 2 cream. The cup was marked with 2 cream. I drove to work only to find that it also had sugar in it. I am diabetic so had to throw it away. Waste of my money my time and your product. In this past week I’ve had my order messed up twice. Once from this location and once from another. I paid for a donut with my soup sandwich and tea. Only to find when I arrived at work no donut. The locations only care about how fast they get you in and out and nothing about accuracy of the order and wasting people’s time and money.
