Tim Hortons review: product

I went to drive thru Tim's at st Mary's on Monday at about 5:50 pm. I got 2 mochas, 2 iced cappuccino and 2 neutella croissants. I was very very unhappy with what I received. Croissants were delicious but all the the other things I got were disgusting. It was so bitter and watery. I couldn't even drink them and my friends who I got for wasted it too. Like seriously all my money was wasted not a single drink was worth the money. I go to this location very often I also have got an average product ever since they changed the management. I use to love this location but not anymore. I told Tim's about it email them and all I get is that they appreciate my feedback. Like seriously? I dont like to complain but I dont want my money to to drain everytime. Please refund me for my drinks. As I said I loved the croissants so that's fine but for the rest of the products I do t want to pay!
