Tim Hortons review: orders wrong, no beyond meat options, absolutely dirty and filthy washrooms.

This is my home town. Yesterday (Dec21), my wife and 2 kids decided to pay out friends a visit and planned on meeting at the Cayuga On Tim's. We ordered 1/2 Dark Roast Coffee with 1/2 French vanilla x2. Both items were made wrong. We ordered a chocolate chip cookie, we got a chocolate chip muffin. Staff there are all in training or just don't care. Washrooms were so dirty. Take a look at the floors, looks like 6 months of grim. The franchise owner doesn't care and it shows. I am sure this adds to the Tim's imagine of going downhill. Have some standards of cleanliness. My friends said they complained to management many times and no improvements seen. Why doesn't this location have any beyond meat? Advertise 2 different soaps (the new broccoli cream soup, all they had was chicken noodle and garden veggie- both of which aren't posted as being available)

Next time I'll just go to the independent coffee shop or just go to the arena for a clean, quality coffee.

Improve or lose customers for good. Your advertising dollars won't work when you go to the store and this is what we get.
