Tim Hortons review: my tim hortons store owner refuse to provide me job letter for my immigration purposes and i'll treat me

I worked for 6 months only as a baker full time in early morning shifts and my store owner refuse to provide me job letter and later now she sent me ROE with job occupation of 'Team Member'. She gave me earlier job letter for health purposes only with occupation of 'Baker'.
Now i left the job and she is not picking my calls neither replying my texts.
What are the steps which i can take now. Please let me know, thanks
