Tim Hortons review: jalapeño farmer’s breakfast wrap

Hi, we had a bad experience at this location Earlier today! I have never written a bad review before but I felt like this warranted a review.
It took 15 minutes in the drive through to get to the window and another 5 minutes for us to get 3 items. They didn't let me know that they were out of hash browns and charged full price for the wrap that was missing it. I felt like they didn't care and thought that because we were in the drive through that we wouldn't notice till it was too late.When we returned and I went inside, It took another 10 minutes in the line up ( there were 3-4 people ahead of me). The crew of 5 didn't seem to care about the wait. When I finally got to the counter, I gently mentioned my problem and asked them to put a hash brown on my wrap. It wasn't until after my sandwich had been thrown out that one of the girls came up and told the older lady that they were out of hash browns. I did get a refund for my sandwich but I didn't reorder something for me because I was in a hurry and couldn't wait any longer. I also didn't want to have to worry about if they got my next order right. They really need to work on efficiency- when it's busy, they need to be busy- there was no excuse for the wait times. Also, it was quite obvious that there was an extreme lack of communication and that there was some dishonesty going on. I should have at least been notified about no hashbrowns. Instead, whoever made my wrap knew that they were out of hashbrowns and still decided to make it and give it to me instead of taking the time to let us know. I wonder how many others in the drive through had wraps and sandwiches that were made dishonestly too. Sorry for the rant, but it truly was quite upsetting!
