Tim Hortons review: Inappropriate behaviour and closure of store early

So, I went to my nearby tim hortens with my family and it was 9:58 and I was already on the intercom to order and there was a girl who rudely said we are closed and our machines are shut off and when I said its still 2 minutes can you please just give me 2 ice coffees atleast then with so much arrogance and pitchi sound she said we dont have any coffee in store. I think tims is known for coffee and that girl said tims doesnt have coffee anymore. Then I went to the window and very politely asked her name then she smiled and shut the window on my face but there was a guy well mannered he opened it and tried to talk nicely but from the back the girl jumped and said why would I give you my name we dont have nothing now and go drive safe and all [censored].. Asking me to come inside and check her inventory and rudely said complain whereever you want to but nothing is gonna happen... My managers are my friends... And still I would understand if she would be alone but no there were 4-5 people inside or more.. So I dont see any sense for that.. I want an apology from her and make sure I get it and ask the manager to teach her how to behave... I think she had never been to school... She was so loud and roughly closed the window on my face two times... I need a call back from you guys asap on [protected] and the location was 2460 brock road pickering on l1y1a2. If I do not get a call back and apology I will personally go to the headquarters and ask for the rectification of such nuisance with me infront of my family. Waiting for the response and I would expect some humanity and justice.
