Tim Hortons review: hot chocolate, smooth and creamy, mix, 500g can

I bought this product at Thrifty's, it was sealed but when I opened it it was clearly only half full. I weight the contents and it only measured 241 g not the 500 g it advertised on the can. I took video of this while I opened and weighed the product as it noticable felt light. This seems like a scam to me. I tried calling Tim Hortons customer service line, but it does not seem to have a department for products sold outside of a Tim Hortons store.
