Tim Hortons review: ham and cheddar sandwich

Hello, I am a frequent Tim Hortons customer as I work close to this location and will stop in for coffee and breakfast each day on my way, and will occasionally buy lunch there as well.
It has gotten to the point I need to put a complaint in as I've had so many issues. I have ordered a bagel and jam and never received the jam, my food is usually burnt, on my bacon and egg English muffin the bacon was missing, and today I ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich and there was literally 2 pieces of ham on it and it was burnt. They are incredibly slow, and it's to the point where I am considering to not support Tim's anymore and switch to McDonald's.
