Tim Hortons review: food

On more than one occasion it seems the youth staff on weekends do not care about their service. Food always lacks. Especially with the wraps. No customer wants a breakfast wrap that starts with almost 3 inches of just wrap, no food. Spred it out thru the wrap. It is not difficult. And stop having 6 people in drive thru and 1 person at the till! Staff really need to take just another moment to make sure the food going out is what a customer would expect. And if a customer takes the time to get out of their vehicle and do their part to not pollute the environment by going into the restaurant, they should be made somewhat of a priority and not wait to be served while watching 6 kids stand around at the drive thru. This is all stores in general, not only the one mentioned in this email.
