Tim Hortons review: food

I recieved my food ok just fine in a timely manner, ( however, I myself have put in on different occasion complaint regarding this location). there was a gentlemen behind me in line and he had ordered a coffee, and got sweetener on the side, he asked the employee to state to the employee in drive through that he wish him a merry Christmas, which he failed to do..as the gentlemen sat down to prep his coffee he opened it and there was 2 hair from the servers hair. Disgusting, he approached the cashier to get a refund as they did respectfully and even compensated with a gift card. when the manager was gone to retrieve the card the gentalmen ask the employee why it was he touch his hair and then made a coffee and why he doesn't have a hair not on, the employee stated they dont have any and that has never happened before. when the gentlemen left about 4 or 5 employees ask what happened and began to gossip about the matter speaking in a different language . I'm sorry if this sound mean in any sort of way but I dont feel they should be speaking another language in a Canadian store it's very hurtful to know that they are speaking about one another and not even being able to understand. the part that bothered me the most is the employee did not even apologize and smiled at the situation with a giggle... I know sit here writing this complaint with my food sitting in front of me for the past nearly 20 contiplating with or not to eat it. I feel very desguted with this matter.
