Tim Hortons review: expresso

I have already complained and stopped coming to the most convenient location for me however this location STILL does not have a functioning expresso machine. Please explain why you are advertising something on your menu that you don't carry?
It's beyond ridiculous. Other locations are able to fulfill orders properly, what is wrong with this location?
