Hi I am a daily customer at the 2450 Chemin Rockland
Mount Royal, QC H3P 3G5 location i live next door, I'm well Known at that location I always buy iced coffee from there and stand at the same spot every day but today the employee was extremely rude to me she started yelling at me for no reason I was waiting for my order and she said I can't stand there and move and I asked why I'm waiting on my order, she started screaming at me for no reason I was very polite to her her coworker said to her "I took his order and he is waiting for his coffee he's standing at the right side". cause that's where the ice coffee straws are she started screaming and said "[censored] you" to me I tried making a video this is the second time this has happened to me I'm very disappointed I won't be coming at this location anymore I've been coming here for years! I know you are short staffed but that doesn't mean that employees are allowed to treat customers like that for no reason! Something has to be done about this behaviour! Check your surveillance camera it happened at 7-7:15 pm today's date September/25/2019..All my family come here EVERYDAY But
Not anymore she came outside to attack me! When I did nothing wrong..UNACCEPTABLE.
