Tim Hortons review: donut/timbits

I am hoping that reaching to you will resolve the issue. I have spoken to the staff but it seems that the Baker does not listen. I am unsure if the Baker is properly trained or he just doesn't care. I have been coming to this location for many years but it's seems that as of late, their donuts and timbits have too much glaze. I have attached two pictures for your reference. This does not only apply to donuts but timbits as well. Please help this restaurant. I'm tired of seeing donuts like this. It's absolutely disgusting.
