Tim Hortons review: customer service

Hello I have a complaint with the customer service at the tim Hortons at the gas station near York Mills and Leslie. There is an employee there in the drive thru that was rudely hurrying my order that I didn't have a chance to get my change from the other employee at the window
I paid two dollars for a donut. It's not about the change but the rudeness. I gave the guy my change and she hands me my donut. As the guy is trying to collect my change the rude employee turns and says ok thank you bye bye. I say thanks and wait for the guy to give me my change she then tells to me and says bye now. I look at her and she says ok good bye
I got so confused I drove if and realized she hurried me rudely and didn't get the chance to get my change. Wtf is it a way to get extra money from customers did she want the extra for a tip? It's very rude
