Tim Hortons review: can't get a single order right

I cannot understand how you hire or train staff, each time I go to Tim Hortons the employees cannot get the order right, asking for a combo and asking for it by the number on the menu screen they still screw up the order time and time again, I cant tell you how many times I was given a wrap when I ordered the Jalapeno special cheese bagel, again this morning, the wrong bagel with my BLT, how hard is it to make something as ordered off your menu, I am not alone as friends of mine all have stories like this.
