Tim Hortons review: bagel, donuts and service

I sat in line at Tim Hortons on Airport Hwy in Toledo, Ohio today 12/27/2019 around 6:30am I sat there over 20 min in line. I wanted to order a 1/2 dozen of donuts and a bagel. The manager told me that they had no donuts their baker never showed. So, I ordered my toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. There was barely any cream cheese on it. The manager was the one taking the orders. He never gave me my receipt or even asked if I wanted it. I usually do the surveys on them. The service was horrible an to wait in that line for them to have no donuts. I tried to upload pictures but it said it was to big. It was just pictures showing the bagel.
