There were 3 employees working the front line Saturday morning at 5:45 am. Line up for drive thru was around the corner. I felt bad for the employee working walk-in cash. He was making breakfast for drive thru, working front register, making orders as well as mobile orders. He had little to no help. He was extremely polite and yet totally run off his feet...

June 9, 2023 We have been to this Tim Hortons a couple times and both times has been really dirty tables, not wiped in forever floors, filthy windowsills, everything very disappointing you would not see this at Starbucks. It doesn’t take much to mop a floor and vacuum and clean some windows and tables and it’s just something that should be automatically done daily if not twice a day.

Tim Hortons Items out of stock constantly

What is going on with Tim Hortons? In the last 3 weeks I have stopped at 4 different Tim Hortons and there has been an issue each time. In Warren, Pa they were out of chicken noodle soup and then when I changed to a chili there was only enough to make a size small but I was charged for a large. In Bradford, PA, I ordered 2 turkey clubs on ciabatta rolls and there was only 1 roll left, In olean, New York, the menu screen was broken and you have to order by memory. They said it was broken for a few weeks. Also in Olean, they were out of apple fritters. I’m ellicottville, NY, they were out of Carmel syrup and they switched my order from a Carmel macchiato to a vanilla latte. I just don’t think I can keep trying Tim Hirntins when every time I have to switch my order. Seems like there are some serious issues that need resolved.

Tim Hortons Chicken burgers

A Month ago in May 2023 I visited with a friend Tim's Hortons restaurant address :-

Cow Lane, Watford, WD25 9GP, UK.

I ate a chicken burger, afterwards I was very ill and vomited with violent stomach pains.

I did was not sure of the cause, this month yesterday 6th June 2023, in the afternoon I returned to Tim Hortons and purchased and ate a chicken burger, I have been very unwell all night, and have not slept I have terrible cramps and vomiting, in the toilet most of the night. I can only think it was the chicken burger not having eaten anything else.

This is a very dangerous situation.a Health and Safety issue..please could you inform the store in question, it could be food poisoning.

I shall have to report it to my local council to investigate the safety of your restaurant.

Tim Hortons Service

Today is June 5th @ 8:30pm, I attended the Tim Hortons in Wendover ontario for a bagel and a tea. I reached the speaker for the drive thru and the women working told me we cannot serve you at this time, only coffee. I was shocked and this is the SECOND time this happened here. First time I thought maybe low stock however tonight proved to me the worker simply did not wish to make my order. What is the point in opening the establishment of the workers refuse clients.

Tim Hortons Discount on using our own cup

I purchased your tall plastic Tin Horton mug for $1.99 + tax. at the time I was told that by using my own mug, I would get a $0.35 discount on a purchase of a drink. It seems that most Tim Horton locations do not abide by this discount. I have argued with the server, but to no avail. Maybe $0.10 - $0.20 at the most.

I would like you to send out an update on this discount and advise.

Solution would to have the server ring in a sale of $2.05 for the steeped tea, then show a separate line showing the $0.35 discount on the receipt.

Thank you for your time to follow up on this matter for me.

Tge service is getting worst This morning it took 10mimutes to get a tea,

The girl was alone and the counter where half empty again.During the

Weekend the same.Maybe if the manager woukd stop being in the back and helping in the front it woul be better.

I do work in a pharmacy and customer service should me excellent.i did notice

Tim Hortons Poor employee training, constant order mistakes

I live in Laval, Quebec and I have never been through so much aggravation placing a simple order for a breakfast trio. A simple egg sandwich with English muffin a hash-brown and a coffee for two people. I went with my partner to this Tim Horton's on Des Laurentides near d'Agenais in Laval and yet again with new employees who don't understand how to enter a simple order make a mistake yet again. We asked for two trio's and they again forgot the hash browns. Instead of giving us the hash-browns for free they wanted to charge us for their mistake on top of it all some young black girl gives us attitude because there is no active manager at this or other restaurants. She actually wanted my wife to go behind the counter and get our hash-browns ourselves. No respect just attitude. We have her picture. Some employees were horrified at her behavior. One in the back tried talking to her. A new Arab woman made the mistake.

Very poor training and poor stability of workers. No one sticks around. They can't seem to maintain and good work force.

Desired outcome: We would like better training and more responsibility and respect from these workers. If they make a mistake, they should pay for their errors not the customers.

Tim Hortons Hockey card availability

The recent 2023 Legends Hockey Card promotion was a real stunner this year. Great looking cards but….

The promotion advertised on drive thru boards states to the 29th of May.

On Sunday May 28 my nephew and I took a drive out to Hamilton after exhausting all Etobicoke locations in my vicinity.

Imagine my disbelief and suprise when we hit up EVERY Tom Hortons between Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga. All SOLD OUT!

Hard to believe. Yes the cards were popular. But all SOLD OUT?

I don’t believe it. Not for a second. I have been buying the cards diligently for my Nephew. Who sent the order from Head Office that all Tim’s pull the remainder of their supply of cards the day BEFORE the promotion was to end.

My Nephew doesn’t care about the up-to-now fictitious Collector card(s).

He’d simply like to complete his collection.

Please help him achieve this goal,

Tim Hortons Cleanliness of store

Tim Horton's facility located at McCallum Rd in Langford, British Columbia is a very dirty store. 2 Days ago I entered & went to the Men's washroom only to find a black Garbage bag over one of the urinals that has been there for several months. The both sinks were so DIRTY that I wouldn't dare wash my hands in them, numerous tables with food & coffee cups all over & the floor was filthy. This facility used to be clean & organized & lately it has become VERY dirty & not somewhere I want to visit. Something needs to be done immediately.

Desired outcome: Have a standard of cleanliness & ensure everyone conforms to it.

The service at 7195 Goreway Drive, Mississauga, L4T 4H3, Canada is worst in the evening hours. There is a big line up always. The cashiers don't attend the customers properly and in time. Tim Hortons Customer service

I worked at Tim Hortons in Barrie, customer service was key, fast service , clean , friendly staff and store. What Happened to YOU! ! I now live in Elliot Lake, Ontario, the counter staff wouldn’t even take the money from my hand, leave it on the counter she said, and then I had to pick up off the counter. The staff make you wait at the counter , while they serve drive-tru and mobile. Don’t forget that customer service made you what you are today. Thank you, this probably not make any difference, but you should know what’s going on in your franchise. Thank you!

Tim Hortons Hockey points not received.

For about the past two weeks I have been watching, playing the hockey game on your app, placing my bets every day, and knowing that some of the bets I played have scored goals but I did not receive the points for those goal scores. Could you please look into this and advise me? Thanks a million. Players which I have picked scored but I did not receive the points for the goals scored. Instead I was deducted points when I made a purchase for two coffees and two cheese bagels and paid by cash.
