I am a 79 yr old male with diabetes, lack of cushoning to both feet and balance challenges. All of which was discussed the salesperson Mark G.
I agreed to the purchase as a hope for a solution to walking better. I went back 2-3 weeks after purchase for discomfort in both feet. I was told there was no refund and the "adjustment" process began. I was promised a call back (never happened). Went back a second time Mark was not available and was told he would give me a call back. (no call back). I have been to a podiatrist because of sores on the balls of both feet. (receipt included) He said it could be from the hard material of the inserts that press on the upper portion of my feet. (pic included) I have not received any response from Mark G and I have not worn the inserts in 2 weeks as my feet are still very sensitive because of the sores.
Claimed loss: The inserts caused sores and blisters on both balls of me feet which makes walking difficult and painful.
Desired outcome: Because of the possibility of continued medical trauma to my feet please consider an adjustment to the balance of my account with CARE CREDIT/SYNCHRONY BANK.Thank you
