While visiting my 93 year old aunt, I took her to Cheesecake Factory which she loves! We waited 20 plus minutes - were taken to a far table in the bar area after asking for a booth. We saw several booths empty. The hostess told us we would have to go to the end of the wait list for a booth (I counted 6! empty)- we would have gladly waited 5 minutes more for the cleaning; but-she said 20 more at least! So we sat at the table in the bar. No one came to ask us for anything - when I called for the manager he looked bewildered - no offer to help at all! As my aunt is elderly, a booth being more enclosed is more comfortable due to noise and air vents. I eat in Dallas and Fort Worth locations often - this was an unacceptable way to
handle someone
in their 90's! Also the bathroom was in need of attention - sink about to overflow and toilets needed of restocking! My aunt was so disappointed! We left! 7/23/2026
Recommendation: Go early- understaffed
