used to be my favorite resturant
It is such a treat to go to the Cheesecake Factory that i haven't been in 5 years! So i was surprised when my boyfriend sprung me on a trip there. The food i ordered was my favorite dish and when it arrived the noodles were not cooked all the way, there was very little chicken, mushrooms and sauce. When i told my waiter his only option was to reheat the same dish. After my very very disappointing meal i was ecstatic to order cheesecake! When it arrived it was the saddest piece of cheesecake that I've ever seen. The presentation was awful, they tried to over compensate the small portion by drowning it with caramel glaze which did not make it taste better. If i were you i would highly reconsider going there and paying $60 for a load of crap.

Responding to *Special Invitation* - Survey Code [protected]. Took Boss to lunch at Cheesecake Factory in Palm Desert, Ca. Made lunch of several appetizers. Excellent small pizzas! O.K. Boston salad. So-So clam chowder. We never received the house bread after asking a couple of times. Ordered coffee, but no offers of seconds. Received salad within 20 minutes, but took 1 1/2 hours for hot items. Was a long time for luncheon! Don't know why it took our server so long to respond when the other waiters were able to take care of the little things such as no sugars, salt/pepper, or silverware on table. Have eaten there several times and always received good service and excellent food. Sure was disappointed this time.
Waiting 190 minutes to sit. Waiting in the bar and was seated five feet for the bar.
Management had a no care additude and the food came out another hour plus after ordering and was cold.

I've eaten at this resturant many times always having a pleasant experience. That is until today. It started with being shown to a table that was filthy, after being marched completely around the resturant I was made to wait while 2 other parties were seated first. When finally seated the waiter brought me the wrong drink. I ordered unsweet tea no lemon, I got lemon. When the new drink was finally brought the waiter served it from the next table. I then had to wait another 5 min. to get a sweetner. The meal was almost complete before the waiter returned to check if the meal was acceptable. By this time the drinks on our table had been empty for quite some time. I returned to the resturant later to purchase 4 slices of cheesecake 3 were right the last was not even close to what was ordered. Experiences like this makes it very difficult to want to return to this resturant.
I visited your restaurant at the Polaris Mall in Columbus, Ohio today, 5/15/10, and I purchased some cheesecake and breads. stay far away from cheesecake factory
On May 9th 2010, I attended a Mothers Day Brunch with three other mothers. The morning started out great until I decided to request grill chicken instead of bacon bits in my omelet. The omelet was initially made to order with these items; spinach, mushrooms, cheese and bacon bits. This switch was fine with our waitress. The omelet took an additional 15mins to arrive after the other guests. The manager visited our table to ensure me that the omelet would be arriving shortly, it did arrive shortly. When the omelet arrived, it included bacon bits along with grill chicken, I requested grill chicken instead of bacon. The omelet was taken away. The manager apologized. A freshly prepared omelet arrived; this time the omelet appeared to be fine. I once again checked to verify that it was made to my specification, it wasn’t. This time the cook placed bacon bits at the bottom of the omelet instead within the omelet to appear that it was prepared properly. The second manager apologized and told me that the chef would prepare my omelet. I declined, because at that time my party had finished their meal, I had lost my appetite with all the back and forth with such a simply request.
You would have thought that the manager would have just comp the entire bill, not!
got a food poisoning from a cheesecake
Ordered low carb cheesecake. thought it was frozen thru middle, sent it back. Got a second piece, same problem. Manager explained it wasn't frozen, rather it hadn't cooked right. Well, I had two bites from them, 1 each, and I was deathly sick that night, I vomited and was nauseous for two days. Imagine that, flying home on an airplane from what probably was food poisoning from the cheesecake. Very unpleasant.
I went to the Cheesecake Factory for the first time on my birthday and although the service was good, my food
was not the ham had tasted like i swear grass! Also my pasta that i had ordered was hard and it seemed like it wa sitting there for days! it was gross i will like to return to this resturant but would like my food to be fresh

I ate at Cheese Cake Factory on 4th of July 2011, this past Monday. I ordered Salmon and side orders of spinach and mushrooms around 9:00 p.m. by the time I got home I did not feel so good and could not sleep. Around 5:00 a.m. I stated vomiting every few minutes for exactely 3 hours and around 8:00 a.m. I started a severe diarrhea for the whole day and I thought of going to the hospitol and having my stomach pumped. I had to keep drinking so much water not to get dehydrated. Today I am feeling much better and can eat some solid food. I Googled to see if there are complaints about this place and came acrosss this side. I do not now if I can file a complaint against the restaurant not seeing a doctor. If anyone can suggest anything I would appreciate it. Something must be done about this!
I ate at the Cheesecake Factory at the Arcadia Mall in Arcadia, CA yesterday, for lunch and as soon as I got home, I felt ill. My face started to flush, I had severe diarrhea along with body aches and a low grade fever. I ordered the caesar salad (with dressing on the side) and half of a chicken salad sandwich. I'm convinced my symptoms are a result of food poisoning from the restaurant. I had barely anything to eat yesterday. This morning, I feel a little better but still have stomach/body cramps. I will NEVER eat there again! I should have read the numerous reviews posted online about food poisoning from the Cheesecake Factory along with poor sanitary habits. Be forewarned! Don't go! Find another place to eat!

The 5th is my birthday and my boyfriend and his father took me to the Cheesecake Factory for a nice surprise dinner. We had to wait, which is normal on a Saturday and we found seating after about 20 minutes at the high-top tables and surrendered our place in queue for a regular table.
We had been sitting for about 5 minutes when a server or busboy ran by with a load of dirty dishes and ran into me with something sharp, which made a mark on my arm. This happened so fast, I did not even see who did it and don't even think they apologized. It was a male who just said "Are you okay?, " and then ran away.
We notified our server who said she would get a manager, and while we were waiting I was run into again but by a customer. We asked to move to one of three clean, empty, nearby tables and were met with some resistance but then were moved. They said those tables are for those who wait only, although we did wait and I did just get stabbed by a server.
When we moved, we got a new server who knew nothing about the incident and who got a manager to come over while we were eating our main course. The employees did not seem very concerned about this incident, which left a bright red mark on my arm as well as a small cut.
What was supposed to be a celebration turned out to be not as fun at all. The service also took a very long time, we were there from around 2pm to 5pm and most of this time was spent waiting for drinks, waiting for food, waiting for 30 minutes for the check and then waiting for change.
I think that employees should always put the safety and comfort of the customers first, especially after running into them with silverware...
It will be a while before I return to this location for a meal, and I really thought the food was good.
I was at a Cheesecake factory in Ross Park Mall(Pittsburgh) just recently and had the shrimp Scampi, my girl had the Chicken Madeira. My Scampi had heavy cream in it and the roasted garlic cloves were burnt. The menu did not include this, the expo did not notice and lastly, our waitress was clueless. The chicken Madeira was blah with melted Mozzarella. Cheese is not traditional. It came with a heaping load of mashed potatoes! Is this a diner? Why are rice and pasta not an option for a sauté dish that has a sauce ? You are overrated Cheesecake and over priced. You could bring the portions down a little and then would bring the price down too. Corporate GREED!
You people are so right about the rude service, I had very rude service in Riverside, Ca.
And the food was cold, Cold Salmon - yummy!. tacos that fall apart, and a garden burger that tasted SOUR. I will never go back. They won't be around long being rude, and cramp food. DO NOT EAT AND SUPPORT THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY!

I went to the Cheesecake Factor in the Sherman oaks on Ventura Blvd at the Galleria Mall.
It was freezing outside with lots of wind, the host (Bernice) offered to sit us outside with heater Lamps, even after I told her we wanted some where WARM. The inside was clearly much warmer than the windy Freezing outside, I was thinking how lazy of them not wanting to sit any one inside, finally I told her NO way we were going outside, this arguing back & forth upset this teenager & his dad who were also waiting. Then I saw a gang banger Mexican family (3 of them) come in after us. The host took us to by the bathroom to sit us (3 of us) in a colder dark area by the restrooms. I had seen a nice large table by the window in a warmer area so I asked if we could be sit there. She said she had to ask? Hello the place is EMPTY, its 3 in the afternoon? so we proceeded to sit there & look at menus when the big Mexican family came by with the same host saying we had to move, I told her that we were there first before this family & we were not moving, so now the Mexican family is pist off & the host is arguing with US! I told her NO way Jose we were moving. I forgot to say I was there with these two HOT Swedish girls, and I guess I am pretty ok looking myself & by now the female host, the female Mexican family is all getting catty with each other! I told her finally look let us order we are tiered, cold & hungry & they have a million empty table and since we were already situated well to let us stay! We ordered & were eating our food when I noticed the teenager from the earlier time finished his food and walk by our window and gave us the FINGER! Shocked we laughed if off, ok do NOT come to the Valley & expect to be treated less than the valley girls :) LOL. All of a sudden the manger NicoleFisher came by the table screaming & yelling that she was trying to protect her guest from US for harassment & so on...! we were shocked, was she CRAZY? I told her what had happened but she would not stop, so finally I got her card & asked for the corporate info & legal dept. We paid the bill and left. I immediately called corporate number at: [protected] & left a message. The next day I was sick with stomach ache, diarrhea & Nausea. Some one from corporate called me from number: [protected] by the name of Pat O'neal and said that she would NOT do anything that we were the ones who gave a finger to the teenager & she refused to talk about the service or the food. It was like I was in a twilight zone with a bunch of unreasonable, unprofessional and idiotic ###s not wanting to address good service & making a horrible situation even ten times worse! So I finally asked for the legal dept address & told her that I would call the Health dept. & environmental services [protected] to report their filthy restaurant & about my food borne illness. Pat said she would ONLY respond to a lawyers letter! How stupid of this restaurant to continue to push, move and motivate a unhappy costumer (rightfully so) to get legal representation which is exactly what I will do. DO NOT EAT at the Cheesecake Factory in my Opinion its a place where there is a Culture of unprofessional, rude, clueless & idiotic on a constant bases and until they get sued left & right then may be they will get it. Hi my name is Michael. My friend went into the cheesecake factory in Kansas City, Missouri today to fill out an application. The gentleman who was hosting the door was very rude to her before the application and when she finished filling it out, he snatches it out of her hand and says, " we will put it on file and hopefully someone calls you" there wasn't any thank you or anything of a polite remark. Now she is not interested in working for this company and nor is wanting to ever eat there again. i agree with her.
First you say you were stabbed, then admit it was a small cut. Which was it? Did you require medical attention? The busby did not do it on purpose and he inquired as to your well-being. What else did you what? An entire cheque comped? Then you insist on moving to a table when you are told that the table is for staff. But you are apparently important and heck, with that mortal stab wound, they surely needed to cater to you and let you do whatever the heck you wanted to. And to complain about a wait at Cheesecake Factory? You stated at the beginning of the letter that you understood it to be normal to wait at CCF. Oh but it was your birthday and you got stabbed and people just didn't know who you were!
Sorry if I sound overly harsh, but this complaint really annoys me. Just what exactly in the h@ll did you expect staff to do for you? Call 911? Did you need an ambulance? I guess the reason this p@sses me off so much is that I know people who work at CCF and I know how their Corporate is and some whiner like you can easily get some hardworking busboy trying to pay rent/pay for college/feed his kids lose his job. Did you have to go the hospital for stitches or a tetanus shot? No? Then put a band-aid on it, pull up your big girl panties and get over it. You circumvented the line by sitting at a taller table and then cut in line in front of the other people that were also waiting by demanding a table? Gee, wonder why the wait staff was hesitant to move you.
Cheesecake factory is always busy on the weekend, especially in the evening. You really can't expect to get in and out quickly, all though having to wait 30 minutes for the check is excessive and is one of my pet peeves.

My husband and i usually order chinese chicken salad to go for lunch. we usually order the large salad and there is about a tablespoon or so of chicken in it. today we ordered a lunch order which is smaller but the chicken in it was about a teaspoons worth. the lunch portion of this salad costs $9.95. i just want to get my money back and some kind of an answer as how everyone puts up with this. this is not the only 3 times this has happened to us i have complained about this a couple of years ago and they gave me a free salad. i am not looking for a free salad later, i want my lunch when i ordered it to be right. when we are in the restaurant the chicken portion in the salad is not big but definately more than the takeup portions.
took party of seven to new store in Ridgedale Minnetonka Minnesota. we were seated within 5 minutes. The waitress Stephany was new but pretty good.. took our drink orders and appetizers order . we waited 15 minutes for drinks, ten more for appetizers .we placed our order for food and we waited 0ver an hour to get it---- ice cold. so we told them and they remade the burgers but when they came back they did not include any fries or garnish that had removed originally. by this time we had spent 2 1/2 hours trying to get our dinner . both sides of us had party's of 3 or 4 and they seated those tables twice while we waited. by this time the love was gone . we had cheese cake -- it was good . I will not go back again. it appears the kitchen is not talking to each other . this kind of wait should not happen you make money seating tables two hours for 7 people is a money looser
foreign object in food
So this was my first ever trip to the Cheesecake Factory. Aside from the amount of flies buzzing around the restaurant, or those sitting comfortably on the glass wall above us, the atmosphere was very nice. I ordered the Southwestern Eggrolls and a lunch serving of Four Cheese Pasta with chicken added. About half way through my Southwestern Eggroll appetizer, I happened to bite down into one and low and behold there is an inedible, extremely hard object inside. This object turned out to be a decent sized black bolt/screw.
My first reaction, seeing as how I work in hospitality, was not to freak out. In fact, I very calmly alerted my waiter that I would like to speak to a manager and that it had nothing to do with his service since he was very kind to us. The manager was mortified once he realized that this was cooked into the actual food and not something I had simplytossed onto the plate. He comped our meal of course and offered a new plate of eggrolls. Honestly, I lost my appetite. Whether or not I actually chipped a tooth will be decided by my dentist.
I was lucky that I had not bitten harder or god forbid, swallowed this. The only thing bothering me at the moment is a stomach ache which may be caused by the stress or -and hopefully this is not the case- some chemical or glue on the bolt I may have ingested. I also worry that if in fact there is some appliance being used that is falling apart in the back, some unfortunate patron may bite into or swallow something similar if not worse. I alerted corporate. What else should I do about this?

My kids is fan of the cheesecake factory bread, we always get the bread when i go to do the food grocery,my daughter find a thing that likes hair in her mouth,It's disgusting find some like hair in your mouth. placed an order today it was the house nachos got home opened my order there's no sour cream salsa or cuacamole with my nachos just chips and cheese plus this is not the first time this happened I want a refund for my order.
On Friday, Sept 16th, approximately 4:45pm, I bit into a bite from the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and something hard was in the bite. I immediately felt pain in my left lower back molar. I felt like it was cracked because of sensitivity and spit out what I had eaten. Found out this morning I have a cracked tooth and will have to get it extracted
I bought a slice of cheesecake on Dec 18th from Shoppers drug Mart Danforth/Coxwell Toronto
While I was eating I noticed that a piece of paper was in my mouth from the cheesecake. I have kept the wrapping and paper.

Last night, I ate at your Sherman Oaks location and ordered the Gumbo. It was very greasy and did not taste fresh at all. It tasted like it was frozen for a long time. All night and all day my daughter and I had upset stomachs. I would like a call back and restitution and a very good reason why I should come back to your restaurant.
I was charged 29.00 and change on my card for1 salad with DoorDash delivery. Plus I gave the kid 4.00 for tip if I would have know it was goin to be that much I never would have even order from Cheesecake Factory. Manager was very nasty . I ask for extra dressing so I wasn't given it was told to call DoorDash back to receive what I ask for

Well my experince at the cheesecake factory was less than a "Piece of Cake".
About 3 months ago I went into the Thousand Oaks, Calif Cheesecake Factory.
I went to the retraunt around 4pm was seated and placed my drink order I ordered a bloody mary and from experince their bloody mary's are amazing . I recieved my drink it was watered down and there was a limp and dried out piece of celery in it, no olives, no lemon, no lime. I called the young man back over to the table and asked him to send the drink back to the bar and have the drink replaced.
Little did I know that was just the begining of my god awful experince. I ordered a piece of salmon with broccoli and mashed potato. About a few minutes later the waiter put a bottle of ketchup on the table I glanced at my daughter with a look of confusion a look of "Umm why did he just put a bottle of ketchup on the table." 10 minutes passed and a waitress placed a cold plate of dried out salmon with french fries down on the table and walked away. I had, had it I called the waiter back to the table and asked what kind of salmon this was why was it sitting next to french fries since that's not what I had ordered! He mumbled that's what you ordered it's on the "specialty menu" taking no responsibilty for his lack of service. I then told him to get me a manger. A woman approaches the table and asked what's going on .. she never mentioned her name I told her what had happened she took no responsibilty either not offering to waive the bill, get another piece of salmon her explination was well it was on the specialty menu. I asked for her card and she gave it to me or so I though I paid the bill and walked out hugry, my daughter was hungry and I was annoyed and confused.
I called corporate and they sent me a $30 credit I also found out the card the so called asst. manager gave me wasn't even her business card with was the managers card.
I have had several bad experinces at the cheescake factory since this incident.
They are rude, insenstive and the restraunts are disgusting take your money and run!

We always heard good things about this restaurant... last nite was are first time dining there...we were disappointed with the service ...it took ten mins after we were seated, to be greeted, then another ten mins for drinks to be brough out...dirty plate were left on the table... took 20 mins after finshing dinner to order and receive are dessert.Not only that there were customers waitin` to be seat that were leaning over are booth, witch made us feel uncomfortable, not to mention they were picking at them selfs, whitch made a less desireable experience...IM a server in the restaurant buzz, i have never given a bad tip untill now!

We came for dinner and were not told that the air was out so we suffered. We had to go back to the front to ask why was it so hot. They were like oh yeah that's why I asked if you wanted to sit outside. Not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination.

Why were a group of employees of the cheesecake factory in miami, florida allowed to verbally assaulted a black man because he was wearing a donald trump "make america great again" hat?
