After selecting this restaurant for my grandson's 15 th birthday I did not expect to pay $100+ for cold food! We waited a long time not only for the appetizer but also for our meals. Once they came everything but one meal was cold. Our server was not happy. That we were not going to eat the food! The plates were hot food cold. The solution was to heat the plates again and make them hotter. Food still cold. We ate it that way for it was a school night snd they did not appeared to care. After paying the bill I spoke to someone at the desk and informed him the food does not get hotter by just heating the plates!
Cheesecake Factory should be able to do better than this! Birthday celebration was not what it should have been.
