The Cheesecake Factory review: service at restaurant

On 12/31/2019 my husband, daughter, son, daughter in law and grandchild had lunch at this location. From the start, the service was slow. Our server Justin L. took our order for drinks and it took about 15 minutes to receive them. My daughters drink had broken glass in it. It was pointed out to the server and he asked if she would like him to make a new one. I find that rather odd! It should go without question that the drink would be remade. This took another 15 minutes. The manger ( I am guessing) came over to apologize and acted surprised and confused. We placed an order for appetizers which took 20 or so minutes. Our drinks were refilled after searching for our server. Our meals were placed and took awhile to arrive. My husband ordered the white chili which he loves and has had many times however it had no "chili" flavor to it whatsoever. My chicken salad sandwich was probably a total of a tablespoon of salad spread between toast and lettuce. I hardly ate it since it was basically just bread. Throughout the entire lunch, every glass and dish piled up on our table. We had to ask for the server to remove the appetizer dishes along with the extra glasses that were left from our first drinks.
We have dined at The Cheesecake Factory many times and this was by far, the worst experience ever. We would have enjoyed getting dessert but we all agreed that it wasn't worth it.
