Food order from Uncle Julios Orland Park, IL
2/4/2023 Ordered a 2 Taco soft chicken taco meal for delivery. I order this at least 4 times a month. The order arrived with 2 soft tacos (1 regular size and 1 on a tortilla that was 4 inches in diameter that looked like a child's taco). Called the manager in Orland Park who was extremely rude and refused to correct the order or offer any resolutions. He blamed the delivery company which makes no sense since they did not make the food. The manager said it was just fine with him if we don't order from Uncle Julio's anymore. Order drinks and food. Food comes out before straws or silverware The food goes back. Because it was cold. Manager comes and replaces half of the food. ? He was mad looked like because he had to replace it. For the second time. So we eat. Just burnt steak what are cold shrimp. Six people. What he brings the silverware. He brings about 15 or 20. Silverware. At one time A handful what how many can you fit you know a bunch in your hand like he was mad. Same with the straws. Pay the full bill. Manager didn't even say how can I help what do you need me to do. Anything. Did not even care. Bill comes $240.

Horrible experience. We went during lunch time, the waiter spilled the drinks all over the table and on me. Well, the worst part was my cell phone was sitting on the table. So, I tried to dry it off as quickly as possible. The waiter apologized profusely, but the manager acted like it was no big deal No big deal, I would like to see how he would have reacted to having drinks spilled on his month old pda cell phone! My friend said thats an expensive phone she has and the guy spilt drinks all over the table. The manager replied with ..all phones are expensive now days. Well, he gave us his business card in case I ended up having issues with my phone. Well, our bill came, you would have thought they would have maybe took the drinks off or something, but no. We paid to have our drinks spilt on me and on my pda. My pda/cell phone will not ring now. I have contacted them, but I seem to be getting the run around. I would not recommend the fort worth location for sure. I understand accidents happen, but to not even acknowledge it or seem a bit worried really upsets me.

Horrible. Grapevine location is a customer disaster. Had to wait ? Could see 10-15 empty tables/booths, unreal. Ordered fajitas for 3, beef was raw, very apparent food was preprepared, served 3-5 min after ordering, waitress was untrained and clueless
