Have gone to Cheesecake Factory 8/31/2026 and 9/20/2026 at Fashion Mall at Keystone Crossing in Indianapolis Indiana 46240. Very very disappointed with my experiences. I will use up my gift cards with one more visit and never return there again!

8/31/2026 they were out of all fish type products except calamari .

9/21/2026…they informed us no salmon when we tried to order. We left.
This is ridiculous to not order enough salmon for weekend volume of guests!

We have eaten at this restaurant for over a decade and never experienced such dismal services. The restaurant never opens us outside patio for customers either in recent years, which is also very disappointing.
It’s not worth returning to eat here due to lack of food and the high prices of all items!

Claimed loss: Birthday celebration dinner was only salad and appetizer in August

Desired outcome: Restaurant steps up in ordering appropriate food for expected volume of customers!Compensation for $80 spent on appetizers 8/31/2026 that would be kind and helpful!
