The Brick review: being forced to have insurance on mattress

Got a new king size mattress from the brick in nanaimo, BC. I told the salesman I dont want the insurance. He said "it's just the protocol, you get a free month, it's their gift to you. You can cancel it easily later if u dont want it". So I call the brick after I recieved the matress to cancel, they told me I have to wait until that exact salesman is in the store for me to cancel it. They take my name and number and say he will call me when he is in. He never does, I call back to the brick talking to another person, they say I have to go in there and fill out a form that they have to fax out to cancel the insurance. Such a waste of time and annoying trying to figure out how to cancel it when I didnt want it in the first place. Complete BS.
