I asked sales person for a Vizio 48" e-series TV as advertised and displayed on a sign. The sales person brought out a TV for me to purchase. As I was walking to the register I noticed the TV was a D-Series, which is last years model. When I went back to the sales person to exchange the TV he said the D-series is what he was told to give to me. He knew it was not the same model but said this model was what the store was selling. I told him that he was defrauding consumers and that I wanted to see the store manager. The store manger went along with the fraud and told me it was the same TV. When I began to explain to her they can not just substitute a TV model without notifying the consumer she told me if I did not leave the store she would call the Sheriff. I decided to stay and reveal the scam to the sheriff, but was forced to sign a No Trespass complaint against me by the manager. I was humiliated in front of my wife, and several other shoppers who were there listening. I had to go home immediately and take some High Blood Pressure medication, because of the stress that the situation had caused.I will be contacting an Attorney to find out abouts my rights.
