Multi occasion my husband went to Terrell TX location. No one came to window. Not even when called location to tell them you are at window. Watched people go thru drive-thru & leave due to no service at speaker/window. This am saw a lady storm out (already tried drive-thru) due no service. People waiting in line inside for over 10 mins. Whataburger gets your customers/sales. Your employees are lazy.
Claimed loss: Your loss in sales and paying people to not do their job.
Desired outcome: Also, the area around the location is horrid and unkept compared to the neighboring restaurants.2nd filed complaint. Also LM for manager. No communication and cannot get through to corporate.

Are you sure that it was a lady, and not a child, that stormed out? That sounds like something a toddler would do, not a grown lady.
