On Sunday 9/3/23 at 11:28a, the wife and I stopped by this location and placed an order specifically informing the cashier that we wanted our senior citizen discount. The cashier (Melanie) rung up the order without the discount. When I pointed out to her that she made a mistake by not providing the discount, she lied to us and stated that she could not go back and include the discount. I asked her why should we pay for a mistake that she made and she again stated that she could not do anything to correct the order amount. I demanded a refund on my card and we were forced to travel to the S Post Oak location and was provided the customer service that we expected. The S Main location has diminished significantly over the past few years and we will not visit this location again. From inept, rude, lying and uncaring employees to the stench of raw sewage, your location has numerous areas of opportunity. Desired outcome: We only require a formal apology and hope that executive management make a concerted effort to go in and evaluate the staff at this location.
