Taco Bell the service horrible customer service I received

Here's a piece of my experience at Taco Bell, absolutely horrible! Its very dysfunctional, and there is no customer service. When I asked the employees name his response was laughing and throwing up the peace sign.Also they hesitated on giving me my change and when they did give it back to me it was incorrect, when I told him it was wrong. Then manager tried to argue with me about how it was just a few dollars off and how it was no big deal. Very dirty environment as well the manager was unsanitized, when he walked up to address me he was scratching under his arms, the other employee kept sneezing. And not to mention there was a parade of homeless people outside & inside the establishment.

Taco Bell customer service complaint

On 6/15/19 I went to taco bell to order dinner for my family.
I ordered from the drive-thru.
I received my order and went to my house to have dinner with my family.
When I got home I was missing some items.
I called taco bell and let the person that answer about the missing items.
I was told to go back and the items would be replaced.
When I got back to taco bell I was with my 4 year old grandson and my 24 year old daughter.
I asked for the Manager I showed him my receipt and he looked at like I was liar and told me he can now replace the missing items.
After he talk to the drive-thru crew and verified that the items were missing.
The missing items were 6 chalupas that I ordered and 1 crunchy taco that I did not order.
My order was a total amount of $57.20.
This was very bad cutomer service that I received and am still upset today.

6/22/2019 order # 200374 We had fish, chicken, fries and hushpuppies and mexican pizza. The fried food tasted bad like it was cooked in very old grease or something. Taco Bell the food

I simply ordered 6 tacos and nacho fries and I got my fries that were horribly soggy like they were made 5 hours before hand and were just sitting there and I asked for no tomatoes or sour cream on my tacos and they still had sour cream it was just horrible. Why does Taco Bell act like they can just give people old food like it's nothing it's disgusting and needs to be more sanitary, throw away the fries after an hour if no one eats them not give them out to customers. I just threw away my whole meal

Taco Bell $5 chalupa cravings box

I go to this Taco Bell a lot because it's right by my house. I haven't complained before but after tonight I've had enough. Almost every time I go they get my order wrong. And I pay extra to get steak on my food. I don't appreciate the fact that almost every meal (it's more rare they get it right) is nasty in one way or another to me because it's not what I like. I've wasted money as well. I will start eating somewhere else from now on. Which saddens me because I love Taco Bell. The store I go to is on memorial drive and dairy ashford in Houston, tx, 77079.

Taco Bell evening manager on june 21,2019

My husband and were raised in S.California Riverside/San Bernardino area and LOVE Taco Bell. My Family as a whole rate Taco Bell Best . We live 35 miles from nearest One (Le Grande Oregon) We live in Baker city Oregon 97814. We drive there about once a week (cravings what can I say) I love your tacos!
Today we ordered but I chose to add a $1.00 tostado extra. the one in display showed a flat tortilla, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. the one I got looked like only lettuce and cheese with a bunch of pink sauce in a circle . I went to counter and asked for one closer to the example The manager who had been talking loudly about needing a 3 week vacation, came over asking what was wrong I told her and said just LOOK at this and picture on board menu I was expecting. The Manager said they won't look like those because THOSE are plastic. she then opened register and said here is your dollar back then .
She went back to (I assume) her office and I asked the Girl (noone was wearing name tags) for her name, the girl stiffened and then said "I can't do that". Mind you I am 71 years old and was night manager for Hardee's first in Des Moines then Centerville Iowa. I know a little bit about HOW you communicate with a customer who is making a complaint.
Please know that your business would be much improved at the Le Grande Oregon store if this manager was to be trained once more on your company policies in this area.
I will go there again for sure as we love Taco Bell and Know you will fix this Problem

Taco Bell rude employees and mgmt

My son and I visited the Taco Bell in Elkin, NC where the service wasn't good at all. The young lady that took the order was very rude and didn't even ask if she could take my order. When my food was ready, they just layed it on the counter uncovered and never called a number out to let me know my order was ready. I asked the rude young lady was that my order and she replied yes. I asked why wasn't it covered up because all kinds ppl breathing on it? She then stepped back to let the mgr on duty aware of what I said. I overheard someone say, next time I'll fix her right up and if they tampered with my food in any kind of way, I will be making a serious report on the whole store. Thanks and I hope to hear from someone very soon.

You said I have a smart mouth, but someone has be the smart one since that excuse they came up with made no sense at all when we already had ordered and paid for the food. My son was sitting down so you all can put your heads together and think of another unintelligent excuse. I'll be sure to let corporate know about any other excuses and unprofessional comments made when they call next week.

Taco Bell power bowl

I went to the Taco Bell located at 121 S Murphy Rd, Murphy, TX 75094 on Friday 6/14. I ordered through the drive through. When I got home and started to eat my meal, I bit into something crunchy and hard so I spit it out, it was the black beans, they were dried out and hard. I went back to taco bell and the Mgr said she'd make me another one, never once apologized for the food that I'd been served. She stepped back in the kitchen area and grabbed a pitcher of water and was pouring it into the black beans while another worker stirred the dry beans. I said, I don't want those, so I had them make it with refried beans. What poor quality service to put water in dried out food infront of the customer and try to serve it to them. Also the Mgr who did not have on a name tag was counting the drawer when I walked in, when she stepped away from the counter no other staff was there and she left the money drawer unattended. I realize that this is fast food but do you even train your staff.. That action was not safe and should never have happened. I'm so disappointed in the service and in the food. To resolve this I'd like your staff to be trained on how to represent your brand.

Taco Bell hours of operation and food availability

Several times recently our Taco Bell has been closed before 10 PM, without notice. Today, we went it in and wanted to order a Nachos Box (which they had on their menu in a full sized poster), but were told they didn't serve that item anymore!?!? It is very frustrating when you cannot order food due to closures and or being told that the company stopped ordering items so you cannot offer them-THEN TAKE THEM OFF THE STUPID MENU!

Taco Bell free taco

Today is the 18th and they were supposed to be free tacos the locals Dorito taco my kids got there at 2 in Valley Alabama which I have to say is a bad location the supervision is very bad the customer service is horrible but they went in to place an order at 2 and was told that there was no more left I find that hard to believe there was not even a substitution of a plain taco or whatever I sure hope that this place is watched because the supervision and the customer service is horrible everyone I speak to hates going in or placing orders here I have went through they've been out of lettuce or tomatoes and only have two atoms you can pick from but right now I'm upset because I knew that today was the free taco day and they got there at 2 and was told they were out there wasn't but one person in the restaurant with them I'm very upset and I want to be contacted I hope that this straight someone's interest because this restaurant desperately needs help I would rather drive 40 minutes and go to a different Taco Bell than this one in Valley which is only 5 minutes from me

This is the third time I've left a message I went or sent my kids into the restaurant today at 2 where the tacos were supposed to be free there was one person in front of them and once they got to order they were told they were out this is not the only person I've heard from my friend who also works at the hospital went here at 2 through the drive-thru and asked about it and was told the same thing there was no substitution not even a plain taco I'm very concerned about this restaurant the supervision the customer service is very horrible and I hope management takes a minute to look into this because they are losing more customers there's times that I went in and they've told me they're out of lettuce our tomatoes and there's only one or two items you could order I like to order from Taco Bell I would rather drive to Opelika which is a 35 minute drive for me then go to ours because this Taco Bell which is 5 minutes from me is horribly Brandt and I hope customer service pays attention to this I don't know what's going on but this has lowered my expectation of Taco Bell I'd rather go across the street and Order real Taco food are Mexican food but I'm sincerely dissatisfied and would like to be contact ASAP

I'd also like to be contacted by a management because I've never been treated so horribly in a restaurant I've been walked away from people not paid attention to me even when called and asked for a detail I've waited 10 minutes or longer for a order of maybe three items most of the time I go in and placed an order enough of $40 tried to place orders online had issues with that even with management was told to go somewhere else I do need to be contacted I'm very upset and dissatisfied and will not be back to Taco Bell until this is resolved

I hope to be contacted with my phone number because I am sincerely disappointed with this going on I've seen commercials on TV and for it to be too when it's supposed to start and someone get there at 2 and was told they're out is not right I'm not finding that easy to believe that y'all and I hope that this restaurant is looked at and search for supervision and customer service because it is not a good restaurant to go in and this just to satisfied me so much I will not be back to this specific place again

Taco Bell terrible customer service and order was completely wrong but charged online

Some time ago I had ordered online via the phone app and when we got to the Taco Bell they had run out of items and the duty Supervisor said she can not refund money nor adjust the amount of money I had already paid via online. They tried to substitute the items I had order with lesser value drinks and food. It was a complete chaotic mess. They were rude and did not care if your were pleased or not. This is why the Taco Bell in 104 South Goose Creek Blvd, Goose Creek, SC 29445 and all of Charleston SC surrounding areas rate very low in reviews. Does Corporate Taco Bell even really care? Why is this allow? Check all the reviews specially on Yelp and you might have a chance to improve business. Great food but Horrible service.

Taco Bell website and application for ios device

At work on 06/18/2019 and trying to order lunch, the app and the website are unable to be used due to the advertising for a free taco today. I am just trying to make an order with the application and I can't even do that. I don't care about the free taco or anything. What I do care about is being able to get my order taken care of so that way there is less of a wait for myself on lunch. This is completely ridiculous and something needs to be done about this.

Note that the website states that due to high traffic they are unable to process my order and the application just idles and will not login.

Taco Bell product and service

The girl at the counter spilled my soda all over the place after getting me the wrong soda and then lied to me about wiping the cup down I got soda in my new Escalade and then when I got home about three minutes later the Chalupa's were very very cold and there was about a teaspoon of chicken if that into each one and I spent 20 bucks to buy four of these

Taco Bell food and service

Okay so normally I am not one to complain cause I work in fast food so I get it, but get your [censored] together Herkimer NY Taco Bell. I eat here a lot and this is now the 3rd time my order is completely screwed up, soggy, and gross. I ordered;
1 chalupa supreme.
1 cool ranch dorito locos taco.
4 soft tacos.
1 steak quesadilla.
1 grilled steak soft taco.
3 sides of nacho cheese 🙃

They told my fiance when he asked for a chalupa supreme they only do steak and chicken which is a LIE, cause I always get it with beef. The dorito taco was completely soggy and cold in the middle, just fell apart in my hand. The 4 SOFT tacos which you see in photo were also somewhat cold and the edges of the tacos were dried up and the whole wrapper is filled with meat grease and melted cheese that when taking the taco off the wrapper the wrapper came with it. We didnt even get the quesadilla they gave us 2 [censored]ing steak chalupa supremes. The only thing they got right was the grilled steak soft taco. My fiance even had to turn around and go back because they forgot the nacho cheese they CHARGED me for. Now it only takes about 15 mins to get home from taco bell, my food should NOT be that cold already. I called the store 3 times now, and got no answer from them. Sad to say I love Taco Bell but I will NOT be returning for a long while. Just basically insult to injury on this already horrible [censored]ing day I been having.

Taco Bell cashier

Tonight was the first time in years I have been to the 971 highway 51 north location. I will never go there again. The cashier was so rude I couldn't believe it. Even the couple ahead of me were mad. When their order was ready she slammed 2 boxes on the counter and walked away. And when They told her it was to go, she threw a bag on the counter and said "there you go" and walked away again. They looked at her in disbelief and walked out. She is VERY bad for buisness

Taco Bell food

I just left taco bell and found a big piece of a plastic bag in my taco... I have pictures if needed. Really not happy at all. I'm no health physician but I'm sure it's not healthy to eat that. I would really appreciate someone to get back with me. I eat there alot and work night shift about the only thing open. I dont know if you dont take time to look and see what goes into the food or not.

Taco Bell service

I just left the Taco Bell in Tyler, Tx located on old Jacksonville and it was the rudest of any experience. The girl working the drive through made a comment, "our favorite kind of people with all of the substitutions, " because we asked for no tomatoes. That was over the intercom in the middle of my husband trying to order. We drove forward to collect our order and she rolled her eyes as we got there, shut the window in our face and turned her back. When she handed us our bag she didn't ask if we wanted sauces or anything so as my husband asks for sauce she hands us four packets in a rude manner basically throwing our food, we have 6 tacos! She again, immediately shut the window so we couldn't even ask for more. We also received no receipt for our items. She was extremely unprofessional.

You don't KNOW if it was a woman or girl. I wouldn't call most teenagers 'grown women'. The commenter also stated that the employee did not ask if sauces were desired (as is usual) and when they did ask there were not enough packets given before the window was shut and the employee's back was turned.

Taco Bell wrong food and drinks

Hello good night I drove thru the drive thru on monday night around 11:21 pm to get my late lunch /dinner and my order was 3 # 7's and a #15 they gave me my regular tacos chicken instead of beef and my fiesta taco salad chicken when I want was beef I been going there for years and didnt expect this on top of that they serve me diet pepsi like what is wrong I need I full refund my contact number is [protected] email [protected]@icloud.com
