Taco Bell food, service and management

I just left your Taco Bell Restaurant located at 6040 Long Prairie Dr., Flower Mound TX 75028 (972) 874-9352. I drove through the drive thru to purchase a burrito supreme. The teenager in the inter com asked me 3 times what I wanted and kept repeating the wrong item. He finally said burrito supreme, that's all. I said yes. Then a lady came on and asked me what my order. I told her a burrito supreme. She said then you need to pull up. I said I can't there are cars in front of me. Finally after about 5 minutes, the cars started to move up. I got to the window. The teenager again "$3.78 ...you had a crispy tostada?' I said "no I had a burrito supreme." The lady behind him looked at him with hate and disgust and look at me and shook her head. I handed the teenager $10.78. He opened his register in confusion, she reached over and punched something on the register and said it's $3.68. He then gave me $7 back in change. I said I thought she said $3.68? he just gave me a blank stare. I then said you owe me 10 cents. she then pushed him away from the register and yelled (profanity in Spanish. I know Spanish. I'm Hispanic too) to someone to hand her a burrito supreme. She handed me a bag with a burrito. I asked for a water and my 10 cents. She was upset. I then drove off. I opened and bit the burrito and I don't know what it was but it has rice and spicy sauce in it. It tasted awful. I drove back and asked for my money. She apologized and offered to give me a burrito and I said no I didn't trust her food. order 238634 cashier IVERSON A

Taco Bell 20 min wait time in drive thru

I ordered my food at 8:00pm on Thursday August 1; after waiting 10 mins in the drive thru with out moving from the ordering speaker, i went inside and waited an additional 10 mins before my order of 3 tacos and cinnamon twist was received. Once inside the customers also were complaining of long wait times and asking for their order to be cancelled as well

Taco Bell customer service/poor service

I am a witness to incident that happened today while eating at Taco Bell in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Its after 2:00 pm, hardly any customers as I walked in.. I did notice a young couple and a father and son eating in.
I ordered my food, got my food quickly and sat down to eat.
As I looked up, the young couple sitting in my view while looking out the window, (the young man had already eaten some of his burrito) when I saw him take a bite and got a weird look on his face, looked at burrito and saw a hair. He immediately went to the front counter with his concern. The front counter cashier (Jaime M) looked at young man and told him without any hesitation "that's NOT hair from my employees" and rudely tried to dismiss the incident as they young couple put hair in the burrito. The young man tried to discuss with the cashier "he did find it in the burrito", as I am watching the customer service aspect of this situation, I am appalled of what I just witnessed.
As the young man passed me with disgust, I stopped him to let him know that I would be a witness to this poor customer service. The young man went back to his table and did call to make a complaint as I told him I would also do.
The young man went back to counter to let them know he made a complaint, and still this store made no effort to make things right. At this point I am looking in my food for hair and I am also disgusted with the poor customer service. The young man never showed any rudeness, was calm as he is trying to figure out why he is the one "in the wrong".
The cashier at this time gave him $dollar and some change. Really? This is how Taco Bell operates.
After that, a Taco Bell employee came into work with NO hairnet or hat and proceeded to the back when Jaime stopped her to tell her to put on a hair net. I heard the confusion with the employee that came in "why" put on a hairnet.
At this point, I am livid with this place.
I pushed my food aside with disgust and I did walk up to front counter to let Taco Bell know I saw how poor the customer service is to where I did not eat my food.
I want to make this formal complaint as I will go to social media to report this location and its management.

Taco Bell I mean, everything? is that an option? cuz it didn't pop up...

Absolutely awful staff, I mean, every, single, time either:
- the food is wrong
- takes too long
- has an attitude problem

Today it was attitude. It's like we're (as customers) interrupting their night. Greeted at the drive thru speaker with "go ahead." As if it was a challenge.

Order given.
Pull up, told a total, window closed.
Window open, card and drink, turns away to enter the order.
Card given, drink given, window shut.

Bag out the window, "here you go." Window closed.

No "Any sauce tonight?".
No "Have a good day."
Nothing. Literally every time.

And what's the response back? Don't come? Seems like I'm only punishing myself instead of anyone inside.

Write a review? And have the staff be told about it, then continue on as normal, or seek to retaliate by further demoralizing them, as if to stand up and justify the attitude because someone was critical of the service?

Fire the whole staff.
Install a manager that's worth a damn.
Hire a staff that gives a [censored].
Or close it.

It's like every time I have a good experience, that person quits or gets fired cuz I never see them again. The girl tonight is a frequent offender. Not even sure if this is her name on the reciept (Clifford B) but she's definitely the mascot for the attitude in the building.

Far from my only complaint, but reached my level.

Not looking for a gift card, or an apology.
Looking for change, anything less is hallow.

Taco Bell breakfast items

I have gone to this taco bell many times to get breakfast. I have gone around 8:30a.m 10:00a.m and 10:30a.m. I have been told at all three times that they are out of Eggs for breakfast items, once or twice i understand, but this has happened to me 6 or 7 times just in the last couple of months. I'm sorry but this Taco Bell is right in front of a walmart full of eggs. How could this taco bell run out of eggs all the time? I would ask that whoever is ordering the food is ordering enough consistently. I want to give my business to taco bell but i have had to walk out 6 times for not having eggs. This happened 07/27/2019. Can someone at least stress the importance of being prepared. The other taco bell by providence utah hasn't ever run out of eggs.

Taco Bell customer server.

Good evening, this morning I submitted an order for tonight at 7pm for my fiancée to pick up at your Richmond, IL. I entered her name (Betsy) as the name of the pickup. When she went to pick it up through the drive through, they said they had no order for Betsy. She went up and said maybe it's for Chris. They said no and for her to leave and figure it out. She showed them her text alerts on her phone and they said they have no order for Betsy or Chris. The manager then started yelling at my fiancée that there was only an order for Christopher and next time she needed to be better prepared. I'm assuming the online order simply reset the name and just took the name on my credit card, totally understandable. But when my fiancée said "Chris", the manager said there was no name under that...rather than suggesting Christopher, she yelled at her about being wrong and needing to leave. This is very disappointing!

Taco Bell customer service at counter

I see you are now getting like Burger King in their counter service. I was standing at the counter waiting to get waited on and the girl at the window kept waiting on the drive thru cars. One would leave and then another one would pull up, then another and another. So the person standing at the counter who was there before the cars started pulling up was left without getting waited on until you just walk out. Very poor customer service.

Customer service at counter awful. I was standing there for a while today and the lady kept waiting on the drive thru customers and just left me standing there. I was there before the drive thru people kept coming. I just left. Worst customer service ever, just like Burger King.

Taco Bell mexican pizza

I usually order the Mexican pizza combo, which I did last night. The pizza tasted sour, and my wife tasted it and agreed. I took it back and complained. I wanted someone to taste it and the manager said she couldn't because she did not eat meat. No one else would taste it.
They made me a new one and it also tasted bad. They kept asking what tasted sour? How would I know? After eating the two tacos, which had all the same ingredients except beans, my guess would be the beans. I did not go back to the counter, just threw it away. Maybe you should institute a procedure that requires the worker to make one up and taste it for themselves instead of continuing to serve bad product. Very disappointed. Next time the my wife and I are in the area and want fast food we will go to Burger King right next door, where she wanted to go in the first place. I am not looking for anything for me, just want improvement.

Taco Bell fast food

I showed up at 1pm to get something to eat. The Drive Thru Open sign was on and the signs on the door stated they were open. I went to the drive thru and there was a line of cars in it and the person in front of me put down cones behind his truck making it impossible for me to go through. I went to the door and it was locked. I looked and the whole dining room was full of people eating. An employee came to the door, opened it and said they were closed for the day and then proceeded to shut the door and go back to what she was doing. I frequent this establishment all the time because it's close to my work and my house and I can't believe that the employees in this one are allowed to turn people away for no reason. I was a paying customer and can't believe how I was treated.

Taco Bell product and service

I am a vegetarian, so I always order food with beans and minus beef. Out of 10 times I go to this Taco Bell I find meat or beef in my food. I never complained, but this has to stop, someone should not be careless in doing their job. So I called to complain about this issue and a lady picked up, she didn't said her name after she picked up the phone which is she don't know how to answer the phone. Then she heard about my complain and apologize, so I told her to give phone to manager. I don't know who she gave phone to, but that person just hang up the phone. That lady who picked up the phone also told that you can't hang up like that before someone hang up the phone. Then I called back but no one pick up my phone. It seems like they don't care about vegetarian customers, I don't mind if they say that they don't serve vegetarian food, I would have stop going there. I feel like I am not welcome anymore, so I am never going to go this place again. I have been to several Taco Bell, but never experienced meat in my food and this bad customer service. This all happened on 20July2019 at 9 pm.

Taco Bell broken equipment

i ordered from taco bell online for delivery during placing the order requested a frozen watermelon drink for .70 extra charge with one of the combos i ordered was called by the delivery company that would be delivering the food to tell me taco bell employee said the frozen drink machine was broken a short time later was contacted to be told the machine was not broken but rather they had already cleaned it and wasn't willing to make my drink to have to re clean it are you kidding me hours to go before close and the machine is already cleaned and shut down sorry but that was totally unfair to me and unprofessional date this happened 7/20/2019 i would like some coupons or gift cards for some frozen drinks you serve because i will not pay extra with my combos to treat myself to the frozen drinks again... my email is wegmann.[protected]@yahoo.com would like a response returned via email thank you...

Taco Bell customer service

I visited a Taco Bell 4.1 miles from my home on 07/20/2019 at approximately 16:23pm . I ordered 2 nachos they only placed 1 nacho in my bag. I called to make them aware. I spoke with a young lady who claimed to be the store manager on duty. Who was very rude and said that I have to come back down to the store to receive only the nacho or my refund for the nacho. Given the total inconvenience that was provided and the most disappointing customer service I requested to comp my entire meal. She said that she "WASNT" going to do that and hung up the phone in my face when I mentioned I will reach out to corporate.

Taco Bell service and product

My husband went to the Taco Bell on Route 58 because we refused to go to the one on Oak Point Road and he was very dissatisfied. We do not like when we are required to place an order through a kiosk so therefore we will never go to your Route 58 location anymore. The one on Oak Point Road can never get your order right it's always dirty inside and the food is cold so we won't go to the one on Oak Point anymore. Going in for the purpose of having and employee and guest relationship is a reason for going in not to punch a finger at the thing standing on the floor. If this is what is taking over a lot of businesses we will not be going to them we prefer to talk to a person. The kiosk is a very bad idea!

Taco Bell customer service

I'm gonna start this off with a CHEERS to Stephanie K. Who was taking orders, making drinks, and making everybody's food by herself last night at Taco bell! We pulled in at 1:03 and 2 employee's were sitting outside talking, we waited in line for a good 10 minutes before we were finally able to order, mind you there were at least 6 cars in the drive through, when we pulled up to order the employee's who were outside were still in the same spot... we got around to the window another 5 minutes or so later, our receipt was then handed to us at 1:17 am, as soon as we paid that girl went into the kitchen, washed her hands, put on gloves, and then proceeded to make our $31 worth of food. I couldn't tell if there was anyone else in the kitchen or not but i did physically witness her making our food! She then bagged our food up and handed it to us and apologized for the wait. There was a girl standing at the front cash register the whole time(mind you the lobby was already closed at this point) talking on the phone, the entire time Stephanie was making our order. CHEERS TO STEPHANIE FOR BEING SO KIND AND CONSIDERATE TO OTHERS EVEN WHEN SHE HAD TO RUN A WHOLE STORE WITH A LONG DRIVE THROUGH LINE BY HERSELF! We finally drove off with our food, everything was correct by the way, even with her stressing herself to do it alone. JEERS TO THE EMPLOYEES WHO DID NOTHING TO HELP HER! And if there were some people in the kitchen helping her cheers to you too! Like i said i couldnt see fully in the kitchen. I am contacting corporate about these issues as well! That girl deserves a raise or some kind of recognition thats for sure!

Taco Bell staff

My husband and I walked into Taco Bell in Verona Wi.. As we stood waiting to order heard a a man at the drive thru window tell us to go home and make our food.. Asked a colored girl behind counter what was the issue as this man kept talking crap to us, all she did was give him a dirty look.. As my husband and I walk to get our drinks she herself started laughing.. As we were eating this same man was calling out (bi***)along with other words..

Is this how you train your employees to treat your paying customers?

Taco Bell chicken power bowl

I ordered a chicken power bowl, which I have had before. Attached is what it is supposed to look like and what I received. I informed the order taker at the drive-through window. He shrugged his shoulders and told me that is what I ordered. He had no interest in making the situation right. No fork in the bag either. Also, the drivethrough ordering device was smashed in and the health department rating was not displayed.

Taco Bell power bowl and taco salad

We were in your location in Westbrook maine last week. We experienced the most rude and discourteous service any clerk could do. We ordered the cantina power bowl and the Beef fiesta taco salad. When I received them there was just enough product to cover the bottom of my taco bowl and well as the bottom of the power bowl. I asked the clerk if there had been a mistake because it was not what I usually order and receive. She said they were all made per protocol from the company. I found that hard to believe because I had one just a few days before and it was full. I asked if I could at least have more lettuce to try to make it a salad. She said I could but I would have to pay for it, I asked for a manager and was told that there was no manager in the store. Again hard to believe. We left and vowed never to return again. I filled out the customer survey on the website and have yet to receive any acknowledgment of my complaint. I find that this is poor management. This is not the way to treat customers. We eat at Taco Bell several times a week and it is usually a good experience. Thank you for your time today. I was so frustrated that I threw my receipt away so I cannot give more info.

Taco Bell the whole experience

We stopped at Taco Bell in Brownsboro, Kentucky on our way home from vacation in Alabama on Sunday July 7, 2019. It was about 1 pm. We got in the restaurant and there was 1 person in from of us and numerous people after us, roughly 7-9. We ordered our food with a less than enthusiastic employee, who looked like she cared whether she was there or not. After ordering, my daughter and I went to the pop machine and the Pepsi came out with all foam. I asked the not-so-excited young lady behind the counter if the Pepsi needed to be changed. She checked it and said it was fine, but offered to get out drinks from the carryout. We let her do that, but there were no medium lids in the dining room and they were not filled while we stood waiting for our food, about 10 mins! As other people came into the restaurant, the manager took over the register and was not in any better mood than the young lady before him. He was a taller, bigger gentleman, with blonde hair. After waiting for quite a while, we got our food, which was to go, got to our car and there were no nachos in there. I went back in there and stood for about 2 mins with nobody even acknowledging me. The young man gave me my nachos, without cheese! So after that we get in the car and my husband eats his food and we take off and upon my getting ready to eat my taco, realize that there is no taco for me and no burrito supreme for my husband. Now understanding that mistakes happen, but the service was terrible and 3 mistakes in 1 order is totally uncalled for. We have a Taco Bell in Tiffin where we live and the service has never been this bad. Maybe your employees need training or how to be polite to the public or find a job that does not work with the public. I feel like I can ask for that, as I work with the public in real estate. Taco Bell taco bell nacho fries. customer service.

I have been visiting the uhrichsville taco bell quite a while and as usually I am very disappointed in product and customer service at this location. The nacho fries that I always purchase for my daughter are given to me dumped into a bag and after I sat there putting each fry back I realized this fry cup wasn't even filled half way. I flagged the worker down and showed her and she said to me that's how much you get. And that my cup had a little extra then what they usually give. I asked to see the manager and I was told she is to busy making orders. Your manager doesn't have time to tLk to a costumer because she is making orders? Doesn't seem right to me. So I asked can I please have a filled cup of fries and she didn't want to give it to me. I demanded to speak to the manager and when she came she said to me the fries are all at the bottom of the bag...so then I know your manager is the one throwing MY paid for food in the bag. And she as right cause I had to sit there and put each fry back. When i showed her i had no other fries at the bottom of the bag she ran in the back and threw me another half filled cup of fries and said that's how they come. Well taco bell if thats how you do business I guess I'll have to go spend my money on the [censored]ty [censored] burger king taco Instead. The other stuff I purchased. Bean burrito. Chicken griller. Beefy fritos burrito were all so cold I ended up spitting out my first bite and feeding the rest to the dogs. I had already had a bad experience with the manager I wasn't going to go back for my money at this point. I would like a response or I will continue to call into the complaint number. I will stop wasting my hard earned money at your locations as well.

Taco Bell taco supreme, poor quality. sn 033492

Time 10:59:42 am. 7:14:2019
I ordered 4 soft shelled taco supremes. And water.
They rang it up at $10+ for 4 $1.99 items and water.
Then when I just stood there it was corrected to $8.+
The Taco's were subpar. All were basically the same.
Fresh lettuce great tomato squares (4). Positive.
The meat paste was leaking red grease. Looked like a chihuahua turd extending half way across the shell tapering down to 3/4 coverage. The sour cream was a squirt on the empty quarter. There was evidence the cheese passed over top of the lettuce, a little dropped on the taco. I open the taco to put the hot sauce on it. I will not file a complaint in the store, the children that prepare the food will get creative and wipe their crotch with my tortilla. Or worse. Earlier, When I complemented the person that had prepared my 4 perfect taco supremes, the person was mature, well adjusted, and surprised to be complemented for doing her job.
