I asked for no sauce on any of the food, every single item is covered in tons of sauce, the items were not even wrapped up all the way, the sour cream and tomatoes were just in the bottom of the bag, I called over 10 times as soon as I got home and noticed all the food and no one would answer I wanted to explain this all to them, you pay $20 something dollars and it was ridiculous

i went with my kids today for the first time in this location
We have been treated so bad by the manager (Mariana) for the following reasons, She is :
1- bad attitude 2- unprofessional with customer 3- does not know the menu to answer the customer 4- she not willing to listen to customer's compliment 5- arrogant
6- no manners to be in restaurant business .
I have stopped all my kids and family to attend taco bell restaurant by all means
Hope taco bell management can stop this from happening again with some one else

taking orders problem
Last time I was in this store the girl taking orders was talking on her cell phone while I was trying to order. Today I go in no one at counter 5 or so in back all see me and counter and no one offers to take my order I use to eat her 3 or 4 times a week I will not be back twice is enough to be treated rudely this place has never been very customer oriented but it has gone down hill more
mexican pizza
On 10/22/19 visited this new location and I ordered a Mexican pizza (daughter ordered a soft taco combo). Order 203222.
It was the worst Mexican pizza I ever ate. It tasted as though it was sprayed with a chemical. After only a couple bites, I threw it away.

I have been to this location twice at 8am and there has not been anyone in the location. Per the signage the location opens at 7am. Please advise the reason this location not being opened at 8am and even 830am.
I have had to go to another fast food restaurant for my breakfast. Are you having staffing issues. Or, should the signage be corrected to your true operating hours?

Taco Bell on north topeka Blvd in Topeka KS are thieves. They never gave me my food and refused to give my money back. I call corporate complaint department and was told a district manager Would call me. Never got that call. I guess taco bell would rather pay small claims court costs of $55 dollars. Plus my $7.45 refund than justrefunf my$7.45. This complaint will not resolve anything because lack of action by corporate 9n my complaint shows corporate is okay with local stores stealing from customers.
No more going to any yum brands restaurants for me.
do not use it
Today me and my mom went eat there, the food wasn't tasting that great, the place were very dirty. Floors looks like they wasn't mop for long time. Dust everywhere. Windows wasn't clean either. Bathrooms were dirty. We for sure are not going go back there. Didn't want it even touch anything. That how dirty toilet was. They were friendly. But the place were disaster very very dirty.
ordered a chicken quesadilla gave me 2 burritos I don't like
I called and talked to someone who didn't care to fix my problem I believe to have been the manager because they just handed the phone to her. She was very rude so I just hanged up. Never had a problem before. Just wanted my chicken quesadilla not 2 five layer burritos, I don't like which costed $8.74. They need better customer service.
She was just not having it and didn't care what I was explaining to her which I had to twice all so she could say what do you want me to do.. so frustrating..
toasted cheddar chalupa
This is not a complaint about the restaurant it's all restaurants in general... So I was ok with you discontinuing the nacho fries because you would bring them back which you haven't now for quite a while and then you start selling the best ever "toasted cheddar chalupa" it doesn't get any better than that I love crispy cheese more than anything and I went every day to get one... Well I then find out it's a limited time menu item and I "freaked"... So why you do this to us is beyond humane... So please bring back both items and put them on your menu as a full time item... And a suggestion that to me is genius... A $5 box which would consist os (1) toasted cheddar chalupa, (1) doritos locos nacho taco and (1) order of nacho cheese fries... And the drink of course... Even if you charged ($6) it would be beyond awesome... Cause (it ain't easy bring cheesy) box... Also you should do a toastedcheddar breakfast wrap to... J/s... I refuse to eat at 🌮 🔔 until at least the toasted cheddar chalupa comes back.

my nachos
okay i ordered a nacho bell grande BOX and i said it 3 times when i was speaking made it very clear i wanted the box and you guys gave me the regular
nacho bell grande so that's only 1 problem then i come home and get my food and and find that you guys didn't put any sour cream on my nachos. Also you barley put any beef and refrained beans on my nachos.

Arrived at Taco Bell window to pay I greeted the person and she just stared at me didn't respond. Paid for my food, when I left and arrived at my destination I looked in my bag and she didn't provide a straw for my drink she also didn't offer sauces. But the worst part is that I ordered the chalupa combo and one was as hard a bat the other was unwrapped and aiming upside down. The side taco wrapper had a whole and all the meet was coming out of it. It looks employees in this precise location don't care at ALL. To me it was a waste of money and time, too bad because I frequently eat at Taco Bell . I'm very disappointed

I wmet to your ocala location on the 13th of October and i was not impressed. I ordered two chalupa cravings boxes and they were cold. Also ordered two burrito supremes and neber recived those and also got charged for an extra burrito i did not receive. They tried to give us the peopke behind us food. They were all rude and very unorganized. I am so upset that it wasnt corrected.
missing item from driving window order.
Last couple of time we bought food from driving window, and found one or two items less. Yesterday since I know this fact I checked number of items ordered there in parking lot and found one item less. Of course they gave it when we went again to the window.Can you please look into this fact, as when we take home and find number of items less, we are very upset.

terrible customer service
I have a complaint about Taco Bell 033462. I arrived at this location at 7:28 tonight and it literally took until 8:12 to get to the window and pay. There were only 8 or so cars in front of me and none of them had big orders because I watched every car in front of me get their food. After I paid it took until 8:28 to get 5 tacos, 1 chalupa and a nacho supreme. While sitting there I did learn that Gio is an [censored] and that the one girl that was drinking juice was looking forward to hanging out with Chris. There was way more goofing off and foul mouths then making tacos. Someone should tell them that people in the drive Thur can hear everything they say. I will NEVER go back to this Taco Bell.

On october 13, 2019 I went to the drive thru for lunch against my better judgment. I have had issues with service at this taco bell before. I thought I would give them another chance. Never again! The service is awful, the store is dirty. The lady that took my order didn't ask specifics about what I wanted, just assumed. I ordered the nachos lunch special. Once I ordered she didn't confirm order, just told me to drive around. Order was wrong. No straw, no napkins, no receipt. The little girl at the drive thru window was rude and hugging all over a male co-worker. Thought they were going to start making out right there and then. Really? You are at work act accordingly. All the employees there act like they would rather be elsewhere.
I will not ever go to this store again. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to a nicer store with better employees who actually care about their jobs.
I know they recently changed management, maybe they shold try again and/or hire kids who are serious about working and who are presentable.

menu special unavailable!
Your company advertises a $5.00 special every month. I've been there when the special was advertised for Grande Nachos Box for the last 2 times at the Eldorado, AK 71730 location. Each time I was there they stated they did not have chips and they were waiting for the "truck" for delivery. I also went to the location in Minden, Louisiana and got the same reply. Why do you advertise on national TV when you don't have the product and whoever heard of a Taco Bell that doesn't have chips? What's with you guys? No wonder you have horrible reviews! Pat Brantley
crunchwrap combo
I ordered a Crunchwrap combo. The Crunchwrap was old and not cooked. Tasted moldy. I have eaten them before and as soon as I tasted it it left a nasty taste in my mouth. Maybe a tablespoon of meat and a lot of lettuce. Was at work so was not able to return. I also ordered a lemonade, told me the machine was down. When I got to the window there was a lemonade for the customer behind me. Bad service for you to pick and choose who gets what beverage. I really was dissatisfied with the product and service. I have eaten Taco Bell for years and have never been disappointed. I really hope this does not happen again. If so my business will go elsewhere.

I work in the drive thru industry so I understand the challenges often faced by fast food restaurants. This restaurant is very poorly managed especially during the dinner/late night time of day. I just spent 25 minutes waiting on dt line (i could not get out of the line or I would have) when I finally got to the menu I was very rudely informed that they had no beef? how could that be? no nachos, no tacos nothing that would contain beef which is primarily what my family eats. I did not order, continued to wait another 10 minutes so the cars in front of me could get out of dt lane, got to window, asked for managers number, was told she was there. Waited 5 more minutes for her to come to window. Told her about my experience and how possible a note or an employee to stop people from going into dt without knowing they were missing a pretty popular ingredient might be a better way to handle it. I got a very pathetic, sorry, at least i think thats what she mumbled. This isnt the first time my experience at this restaurant has been poor.
It's unfortunate, you have a great product but the delivery of it is why I wont be back

I have been frequenting this store for many months but the weather has just gotten colder. I am 68 years old and when it's too cold my hands freeze up so that I really cannot use them, for awhile. I cannot even get into my pockets to pay for something as my fingers become so numb I cannot use them, till I warm them up. A hot cup of coffee works just fine. Well, I was in the store just awhile ago, and my hands did freeze so I asked for a cup of coffee (which I would pay for after my hands could function) Well everyone in the store (including the manager) thought this WAS SO FUNNY!..Instead of helping me, they stood around smirking and giggling, like the funniest thing in the world was an elderly gentleman who cannot use his hands. The manager (who has never really been overly nice) just grinned at me and wanted money for coffee. I tried to explain that I could not get into my pockets at this point, but I guess it was SO FUNNY TO THEM they were unable to comprehend the dynamics of the situation. Luckily there is a "Murphy's" gas station right around the corner, so, struggling (while all the workers are still giggling) I packed up my stuff went to Murphy's, got hot coffee (the workers there know me, and are aware of my hand problem) and am now writing to complain about this VERY INHUMANE treatment I had to endure.

Online I was able to place my mobile order to be picked up by 10:15 am. On the app it states the hours of operation for this location are 10am-9pm. I get to the counter and the manager shouts "we ain't open". I explained that I had a mobile order and that online it says that the restaurant is open... the manager then says "I know I see ya order, we ain't open". I called the 1800 number to get help with cancelling my order and the 1800 corporate number hung up on me several times. I PAID FOR FOOD I NEVER GOT
