Taco Bell - drive through order

Well I've never had an order so messed up before that I didn't even get a receipt. I asked for nachos with avocado dip, I got just cheese. I ordered 2 supreme chalupas, I got one with a soft taco. I also ordered cheesy potato griller, I got nothing. These people want to get paid $15ph for a job they can't even do. Not even gave me a receipt 🧾. So I know I paid more than I received.

Taco Bell - rattlesnake fries

I was greatly disappointed. The fries cost me $3 and should have cost $1 since the item is so small. I find that time and time again taco bell advertises in such a way that a consumer really thinks they are gonna get more than what is actually served. In other words, the burritos on tv look huge but it is not the case in reality. I waited with great expectation for a time to go to taco bell and get the rattlesnake fries and was very disappointed with how much i recieved. Had it been $1 i would have not been hurt.

Taco Bell - the client comes last - non service mentality

On april 3, 2019 I received a message from taco bell about a 25% discount until april 30 for holders of ntb amex and mastercard credit card holders. Today we wanted to order take out from taco bell, but called ahead of time, to make sure, that our ntb frimi mastercard could be used. They didn't know, but then called us back to say yes, it was ok. Of course, when we got there - there was no word of the 25% discount - oh that doesn't apply to this card - the manager conveniently could not be found, and somebody named aquil refused to do anything for us.
It is not the measly 600 rupies. It is the principle. And it is the fact, that with a real attitude problem taco bell refused to accomodate us in any number of ways (taken off a percentage, given us a guest voucher, given us complimentary food, etc. Etc. Etc.) I do not need this kind of attitude. I am sorry that the sri lankan non-service mind set reflects really poorly on an american quality product which I have loved and eaten for decades. Never again, however, in sri lanka. There is always domino's or other us chains not owned by the owners of sl taco bell. Taco bell in my understanding not only stands for great food, it also stands for the quality of their service to the customer. If this is an idea, that is unknown or foreign to the people who own or who run taco bell in sri lanka, then they should not be given the license to operate under taco bell's name. May I suggest lanka bell - then everybody would know, what they can expect and will likely get.

Taco Bell - those surveys!

I like to stop by Taco Bell for lunch all the time, but I was run off by one Taco Bell because I got tired of always being hammered to do a survey just for getting a couple of tacos. I'm guilted into doing it for the employees. I'm about to be run off by the next location because they are begging for surveys as well. Then when I don't do them, it's uncomfortable at my next visit. So I'm guilted into doing them. The employees are pressured by contests they can win if they get the most surveys so I'm bothered all the time about it. Every time I stop to get lunch at taco bell, I end up with homework! I don't have time for that. So now I'm starting to stop by less and less. It's all because of the survey hassle. Could your company stop with the pressure on employees for surveys! It's annoying when all you want is a taco.

Taco Bell - the new logo

I am a big time fan of Taco Bell, From the crunchy shells to the sauce. Even the drinks (Mtn. Dew Baha Blast) make it my number one fast food choice. My family loves sitting in the always clean and happy environment. Taco Bell has never disappointed me. However, my friend has recently showed me that the logo has been changed. I was shocked and offended. The new logo is ugly and disgraceful. The logo is tacky and the font looks like it was chosen by a fifth grader. This is no longer a family friendly Minecraft server, and I will sister swerve to another fast food restaurant from now on. Please fix this. Thank you.

The logo is basically the same as before, just minus the splash of colour. Why don't you read up on WHY the logo was changed before denouncing it. I happened to read an article about it while on a flight. It is not something I would normally give a toss about otherwise and you shouldn't either.

Taco Bell - mini skillet bowl

I usually order the mini skillet bowl with no pico and no potatoes no one there has ever had a problem with making it I do pay extra to add egg. I was given this sorry looking bowl and I paid extra so I went back to the window and the person who took my order was very rude her name was ana r. And she said that the bowl was as is no extra. I told her to look at my receipt I paid extra. She took it back and it looked the same.
