I was ordering my food telling the cashier how I wanted my food and he blurted out "I mean that's how it come what you want me to take off"... I went in the inside to speak with the manager and the drive thru guy was still rude and loud and the manager had no care in the world. She just stood there and looked never said she will take care of him or fix the issue. They were rude and very unprofessional. She never asked how she could fix the issue or even bother to try and take my order. I will like for someone to contact me at [protected]. My name is ms. Goolsby

I've been 4 times on my lunch break at work and every single time I went my food was either wrong and by the time i got to work I just noticed it and couldn't go back because lunch was over. Everytime a different person served me and they were all equally rude to be. Chunking my bag at me my food taste like it was made last week. This is very unacceptable. I ask for sauce and I either get 0-1 packets
