Subway review: Question about tea

Tuesday March 3, 202 my husband and I went to subway arriving around 6PM. Our food was excellent, but when I went to get a 1/2 & 1/2 tea, there was no unsweet tea. I asked the lady behind the counter for some and she said they only make one a day. This was 4 hours before closing at 10PM! So I sent a complaint to the store and received an email reply telling me that they only make 1 sweet tea and 1 unsweet tea a day. This is not the first time this has happened, as we have been there several times. The last time it happened was on a Sunday afternoon around 5PM. My question is: Is this a Subway policy? If a bus pulled up at 5:30PM on a Tuesday night and 25 people wanted unsweet tea, would that be the same answer? What if someone can not have sugar...my feeling is, if you advertise it being available then it should be available! Thank you.

Subway - I paid on line and went to pick up food and local store said the never got the order but my bank account was charged.

Subway - Most discusting store,ever.

Subway - A salad, with tuna and cheese. plus toppings, and dressing, and chicken in a to go container for my dog.
