On 5/31/26 my son, spouse and myself went to a subway in Naples Fl at
10:222 am. My son ordered a 6" BMT my spouse a small tuna wrap and myself a 6" turkey. The advertisement sign said $3.99 6" special. My spouse also got a bottle of water. I was charged $39.50 for this order. I do have a receipt with the order breakdown which shows these charges. Not sure why I was charged twice what I should have been other than the Lady working was not understanding much of what we were saying. I didn't want to make a sene so I just got a receipt and left.

Claimed loss: Paid twice what I should have Approximately $19.75

Desired outcome: Just looking to get the over charge back. Either a voucher or Subway credit.

Subway - I paid on line and went to pick up food and local store said the never got the order but my bank account was charged.

Subway - Most discusting store,ever.

Subway - A salad, with tuna and cheese. plus toppings, and dressing, and chicken in a to go container for my dog.
