I asked if they had roasted beef and alyssa said she doesn't know this is her last day and giving me attitude while answering my question I then had to ask when they will be getting roast beef in and she doesn't give me any knowledge while I asked her something I then had to ask again and she tells me she's doesn't know! Another customer cames in and I told her she could go Infront of me because I was still so unsure about my order. She then laughing to the costumer who just left knowing she's laughing about me! When I was ordering my sub I asked for salt she tells me she doesn't have salt I asker if there was some in the back and she yes but she was not willing to grab it for me! First off I work for a restaurant they first thing you do is tell them sorry that you don't have the product and maybe try suggest something else no I didn't get any of that second off your telling me your to lazy to get salt from the back is ridiculous usually you give the customer what they want even if it's 5 steps from the back I am beyond annoyed at this point. Dealing with a rude employee and also to lazy to do her job I do want something in return I feel like not even a customer going into your store I feel like I'm a hassle because I ask for the things you have and I don't even get it. That's not how you treat a customer and I will not be going back into your store until you do something about this

Why didn’t you ask another employee for help?

@SubSquirrel Sometimes there is only one person working. Subway is weird like that.

@Um is not an answer! I’ve only been there a handful of times at Walmart. Always a few people working but I’m there during lunchtime.

@SubSquirrel sure but other places where its a stand alone shop, its not uncommon for you to only have one employee there.

over last summer my mother was over helping me gut out my crap and we would go to my local subway for dinner often. there was one man who was lovely, hard worker and mom and I noticed it was only him, running around, cleaning bathrooms, closing up for the night, mopping floors whatnot.

@Um is not an answer! They need a number system because they allow people to stand in front and then ask who is next. Many times the people jump in before others and not in order.

I can’t remember going to a standalone shop. I never ate there before my illness as I prefer D’Angelo’s pita bread. Subway has pita and wraps now but the sandwiches are skimpy on meat. It’s been months since I’ve gone there but after I move I hope to start going again. Depends on where I move and my Mom’s health

Roast beef? It's obvious you can tell if they have it or not. Oblong loaf of beef sliced thinly, rind around the edges, either rare to well done.

You either see it or you don't.

Roasted beef is something out of a renissance fair.
