We got two subs. One was a Blt the other was an all American. As soon as I opened the bag my husbands sub was all soggy. Subway Customer service at Vandenberg SFB

I visited the subway location at Vandenberg SFB today, I ordered a footlong all American club sandwich Turkey, ham, and bacon, I ask the food service worker to just give me ham instead of turkey. She rudely replied that that will mess up her inventory, but I could pay for extra ham. She was very rude and unwelcoming. At the register I presented a footlong meal coupon, she informed me that she doesn't have medium cups and I would have to pay extra for a large cup. I told her it's not my fault she doesn't have medium cups. She again said it would mess up her inventory if she gives me a large cup. So, she gave me a small white cup without a lid, because she is also out of lids. For my inconvenience she should have given me a large cup with a lid at no extra charge. I wasn't able to go home and enjoy my sandwich, because the cup had no lid, and I don't want to waste it in my car. This is not the first time this food service worker is always rude and act if she is running a bootcamp. I will not purchase anything at Subways at that location as long as she works there.

Desired outcome: Please move this food service worker to another location. She is very rude and unfriendly toward military patrons.

Subway Subway Sandwich

Hello,

I bought a foot long, steak and cheese subway sandwich from you branch in the Galleria, Hatfield (Restaurant #53792). I’m horrified to report that I nearly choked to death on a large piece of plastic that was inside my sandwich. I have two photographs which this system does not let me attach. I was left feeling very distressed after the choking ordeal. Please provide me with an email address for me to send the photographic evidence to.

I eagerly await your response to this matter.

Subway Hair nets for the lady and the man should be fired.

On Friday January 20, 2023 around 7:30pm I visited store 5814 on Marlboro Pike Forestville MD 20848 and a customer before was having his Sandwich made by a young lady who wasn’t wearing a hair net, when she turned her hair swipe over both his sandwich’s and he asked is she could get hair net and remake his sandwich. All at once two of the guys step in loudly so I tried to defuse the situation and explaining to them what happened and the customer was asking that his food be remade. All of a sudden this other guy stepped in and started cursing/yelling and the customer got really upset and left the store. The guys then put the meat that was touch with the sandwich maker’s hair back with the fresh meat, we asked him why would he do that he said * us. He should never be able to serve another customer ever.

Subway Manager not flexible with her employees causing conflict on the schedule.

I asked for more hours I work other jobs as well and when I asked for more hours for just the weekends was told no I didn't feel like going back and forth with this manger that technically was not even the manager at this location the employees that I work with are wonderful except for her I have bills to pay and 10 hrs a week is unacceptable I have kids to fed tons of bills to pay and since I have been working at the Trailake Subway location in Fort Worth, Texas I had the worst experience ever.

Desired outcome: Fire the manager for not being flexible with the employees schedule.

Subway David

David is disgusting he’s never made any of my stuff right and there’s always hair in my food when he makes it. He always talks too much about random stuff like his kids and his ex wife. Also he always talks about his co workers behind their backs. And he never pays attention when there’s a customer in the lobby he just stays in the back. And he talks on the phone really loud. I also have friends that go here and say that when he makes their food it’s wrong and usually has hair in it.

Desired outcome: No more David

Couple, came by subway retire veteran and his lady friend, very indecisive, ask for a few minutes, customer 1 (r. V) ask for Philly cheese steak, 2 customers 2 gave bread order wasn't sure an ask for a few minutes, to go head a make other (RV) 1 order because he knew what he wanted?', until she decided what she wanted., the (employee) kept rushing the customers. Showing no patience, started getting smart customer, had the nervous to ask the customer?.. In a very sarcastic way, upset slamming food container on counter top... While other employee watched... Yelling, you not know what you want yet?... I ask her calm way can you finish his order a do mines. Questioning customer, you not know? What you want yet, then she told the other employer'm not taking care of her and walked off, leaving us standing at the front counter with no service an incomplete order. As she walks completely off, going in the back of the restaurant, running her mouth. I really have to take a death breath to calm down. After all that.) I stopped talking, trying not to take it to the next level. With all the employer had going on... I looked at my friend a (quote) he said she is rude!... It took every in my heart not to go there. I ask for her name one of the employer gave her name, to let me know for sure!, that she was a manager. She came back out to clarify her position... We said wow! She's acting like that, she's in the wrong business a don't need that position. Then I told her I would, will take of Mickey Mouse at a later date, a time (. Meaning). Corporate office take care of her. (meaning) she is too small for me at this time. She was acting like a manic in a restaurant another employer came up to complete our order and she looks very surprised

1/12/23 I went to subway 4 days after I had been b4 using a coupon... it was raining hard no awning at the door, I had to get in quick. Subway Stenhousemuir Hallem Road, Customer Service

Today I visited the above subway store in my limited lunch break. The wait I encountered was unacceptable, three members of staff on duty all of which were dealing with online orders as the priority. I had bothered to attend in person for my lunch, in what as I previously say was a limited break. I was asked if I wanted my chicken hot, which I did, this was heated up then left on the counter with no attention to the remaining part of my order until it was cold. Again due to the staff dealing with online orders. This was a disappointing, frustrating experience which leaves members of the public feeling that they are not welcome unless they are behind an online device.

Desired outcome: I would like this brought to the attention of the store manager in an effort to improve their customer service. I never usually complain but my experience was so bad that I felt strongly to do so.

Subway Coupons service and the fact that you cannot complain about any of it by phone

i had not been to the local subway in two years i hate having to order by kiosk. But I had coupons and thought i would try one more time. my coupon was for a 12 in sub drink and chips 7.99 I couldnt figure out the kiosk so finally the girl came out to me to help. i showed her my coupon and decided to get the turkey sub. i like mosserella cheese best and asked if i could get that kind on my sub. she said yes. i went to pay and my total was over $10. i said how can that be was told it was because of the cheese i chose. i said noone told me of an upcharge and the worker seeing my coupon and placing the order on the kiosk said nothing so make me another one with provalone. while all thiis was happening my friend was still trying to place her order. I told her to forget it and I would share mine but she said it was ok she just placed it. her coupon was for a 6 in sub and drink and chips for 5.99. she went to pay anyher total came to over $10. they took her coupon but not only charged for the cali club sub but also fot her drink and chips. unreal they took her coupon but charged her the same amount they were going to charge me for only a 6 in. well needless to say i will never step into another subway ever again and niether will she. they kept her coupon and said that the cali club did not count as a sub. well i am sorry but if that be the case than you should be told and not have to try to read the fine print on the bottom of your stupid coupons and what pray tell is the difference between mosserlla cheese and the provalone or american. all the same when purchasing at the grocery. long story short your business and customer relations should be reported to the BBB and I just may call them about your false advertizement.word around town you will likely not be in town long anyway because evetyone i talk to complains about your kiosks and poor service and noone was in the store but one carryout that i saw while there. three persons behind counter but unable to take an order other than with the kiosk. lol

bottom line get rid of the kiosks and honor your coupons. a sub is a sub period.

Subway Coupons

You put these huge sheets of coupons in the newspapers. I now call to see if anyone honors your coupons. Invariably, 9 out of 10 places do not honor your coupons. My question is, "Why send them out?" it is frustrating and a joke. No one wants to honor the coupons you send out. Am I missing something?

I called four Subways closest to me and no one honors your coupons.

Desired outcome: Require stores to honor your coupons or do not send them out!!!!!

Subway Employee treatment and store management

The store manager of the Paris, Illinois subway frequency bullies and threatens her teenage employees to force them to come to work sick and fires them if they do not even when they have a doctors note and a parent stating they are to ill to work. Not only is this unfair to the employees, it is also unsafe and unsanitary. This practice cause employees to spread the virus to other employees and customers. In the age of covid an employer really should think twice about this. This manager has zero concern for the safety and health of her employees or customers. If a teenage employee is sick in the hospital they are required to get a doctors note to excuse the absence because the manager does not take the word of the employee or the parent and gets angry when the child does not return to work the same day they were released from the hospital. Teenagers are also forced to close the store alone late at night which is extremely unsafe to the employee. They have teenage employees working as much as 14 hours a day and complain it is not good enough. If a teenage employee misses a day of work because their parent is in the hospital they are threatened to be fired. An employee was fired from this company for attending a funeral. Another was fired when she did not conduct her personal life in a way the manager approved of which has nothing to do with work performance. This subway location has an extremely high turnover rate due to poor management and poor employee treatment. The corporation as a whole should be embarrassed that they have a location operated in this manor. I do not recommend ever working for subway or eating in their establishment as their food has been compromised due to sick employees sneezing all over it thanks to the actions of poor management. The manager in the Paris, IL location is simply on a power trip because she has control over some teenage children and upper management above her refuses to take any action to rectify the situation. I am certain this is not the only Subway operated in this manor.

Subway Hair in FOOD

Good afternoon,

My daughter and I went to Subway in Lakeland, TN on 12-13-22. Store #22868-0. We ordered a 6' Spicy Italian and a footlong Turkey & Cheese & 2 bags of chips.

Once we got home (2 mins down the road) me & my daughter opened our sandwiches and my daughter who is 16. decided to buy dinner that night with her own money.

And my daughter noticed a hair on her sandwich!

So, the thing to do would be go back that evening a request a refund. However, it started storming so bad, so I decided to wait until the next day.

And that's what I did. Only for the 2 Subway workers to tell me that I could not receive my money back and they would be happy to make another sandwich. I did tell them I didn't want another sandwich. And the lady working was the same lady who helped me the night before. Never once said they were sorry. And kind of rude about the whole situation.

Desired outcome: I would like full refund of $17.08

Subway Poor Food

Hi

My wife and I had a very disappointing visit to Subway today. The meal deal we ordered was of very poor quality and quantity.

The bread appeared to be quite soggy on the bottom, the salad filling was minimal, and we usually opt for a coffee instead of a bottle drink, however today I was refused that, and had to pay an extra two pounds.

Sadly it may be quite a while before we visit Subway again.

Subway italian BMT

pilot location interstate95 exit 5 subway driving home north Italian BMT lettuce tomatoe spinach provlone cheese peppers cut in 3 hours later my mom says i do not bfeel good she starts throwing up 30 minutes later me the same check in our hotel threw up all night and the next day we should have been to our next destination but we had to get anothe hotel because we we so sick we had toast in the morning from our own home

Desired outcome: check out the location because other people got sick too and the place looked clean needless to say no subway for a long time and we have never had a problem before
