I attempted to email customer service but the email was returned because "the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail." Any suggestions for another address? Someone is continuing to use my customer number and a debit card to purchase goods. There were purchases made on 12/10/24 with cash back and 12//8/24 for items only. I have copies of the receipts.
Claimed loss: Fraudulent charges to my customer number. Someone is using my customer number to buy things at Stop and Shop.
Desired outcome: Please stop the charges being made to my customer number and make sure that none of these charges are being made to me.
