First I am happy that your employees are working and that they are being paid incentive. Short supply does not mean to neglect your job though . For 2o years I have shopped at the same store without issue. This time however I was treated extremely rude . It took over 2 hours to shop because many many items are not in the spot. I'm not talking a few moves by customers I'm talking 6 rows of wrong shrimp. Which I was charged 25.09 and I know u can't refund. So I'm stuck out 25.00 . But the carrots for 1.98 had 3 rows of carrots for 6.38 the same for broccoli and Brussels sprouts. All through the store rows and rows of wrongly placed items ( again not 1 or two put back this is not much to a person who does not have vision problems but I am legally blind and cannot read the prices. Do a fifteen min trip took 2 hours and I was overcharged 25.00 for items they can not return or price adjust? And to be treated rudely . I will never shop at this store again and I will make sure I report that they are not disable friendly. I do feel bad for the people who usually work the front counter. They were not there. No excuse.

I was at the Bristol Stop & Stop Gas station on Rte 6 today around 1:30pm. I needed assistance at the pump with an issue concerning my card not working correctly and the man that was working came out to assist me after he looked up from his handheld video device and noticed I was there. I was trying to maintain social distancing due to this pandemic we're all in and he just kept getting into my comfort zone no matter how many times I moved away. He was also not wearing a mask or gloves which was also a concern because he was in my space and touching my cards. He was very inappropriate and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I've never had a problem at this gas location before but I feel that if he's working again while I'm there and I need assistance, I'll just go somewhere else.

The South Orange NJ store has a very rude, disgruntled pharmacist working there. Everyone is entitled to a bad day once in a great while however, she is never ever customer friendly. I hate going there to pick up scripts for family members. I do not use your pharmacy for those reasons. She is crasp, looks evil all the time, speaks rudely and is never customer friendly. She was there April 30, 2020 at approximately 4;40 p.m. I hope to never have to encounter her again. She is bad for your business!

Since Corona virus is spreading rapidly we should not be negligent in prevention. I went to one of the store I was really saddened by the one of the employee's attitude when I spoke to them about wearing mask and social distancing. She told me we do not have to do those things.

I do not blame her or make an issue but it is a pure ignorance, As an institution I hope you will take necessary action in this regard

I went to stop and shop and they had hostess on sale 3 for 3 I bought powered donuts, peanut butter ring dings for my husband and my favorite orange cupcakes, I went o open them and their was only one inside the container I wondere to myself why t was so light but didn't think anything of it, I absolutely love orange cupcakes but was disappointed when I only got one and paid for two cupcakes.

Item I was looking for was out of stock. Stock person had the item on his pallet to be restocked. I asked him if I could have that item. His response to me was" When I get to it" Then he continued to text on his cell phone. This kind of customer service is unacceptable in my mind. I then proceeded to cut the wrap and take the items I needed and said " I see that being on your phone is more important than providing customer service".

I bought some items from the company www.stopandshop.com. It was written on the website that the price for the delivery was for free for the orders over $50. My order was $80 and I thought that it would be for free. I placed the order and they added $5 to my total sum and it was shown that it was sum for the delivery. But why they misled people and posted that the delivery was for free, if it wasn’t. I tried to ask if, but the company avoided my emails. Be prepared to pay for the delivery.

I bought some hamburger at the stop and shop in malden mass on charles street i ate it and got deathly sick from it. the illness lasted about 5 days or so salmonella i believe if you would like to contact me about it you may robert boucher.

I was hired for my first job 2 weeks ago.I was put on part time until I graduated high school(23rd)..There was a gas leak at our high school and we were not allwoed to get on the buses..I new i had to ride my bike to work that night and i also new i was going to be late.So i called my boss to let him know i will be late, the front desk lady answered the phone and said Matt Ryan is not in she will pass me over to produce department.The phone rang 9 times and no0 one amswered the phone...I called again, lady at front desk send the call back to prodice, , , rang and rang...I tried 3 more times and yet, no one answered the phone..There for i was no able to call out.i was already late...
I wentto work ttonight and soon after ariving i was called to the office, I was told MATT RYAN was letting me go becuase of MY WORK Ethnics?/?/This was my first job, and i explained that i tried so many times to call and say i can not make it...Matt ryan told me"oh well, the guys in the back you work with think your slacking offf?Wait, the guys i work with open boxes of food and share them with everyone in the back room.The guys i worked with also told me, just look like your busy if the boss walks back here?

They let me go cause they didnt bother answering the phone, they let me go becuase of my "work ethnics" that i ahve no even developed yet...

By the way, I rode my bike to and from work everytime i was to be there.riding alomst 6 miles one way, and then riding home in the dark...I think that should show i wanted the job real bad and I feel they were so unfare, I did not even get a warning...Nothen, , , ,

I bought a package of ground meat a few days ago, took it home and was preparing to make taco's for my family, as I opened the seal tight package I was shocked to see a dead bug right there in the meat! I was horrifyied. . beyond belief. My children could not eat dinner and I was literally sick to my stomach! i dont know what I am supposed to think about this store located on Broadway In Malden...Dirty? Bugs? Im mortified! I need something done about this. My husband wants me to speak to a lawyer. But things unfortionatly do happen. I was wondering if there is anything your willing to do for me? To put my mind at ease.
