Stop & Shop review: I'm complaining about an employee at stop & shop

I live in new haven ct and ive been shopping at stop & shop for over 10 years and I had a job but Coronavirus took my job and to provide for the family I cash in my plastic bottles in stop &shop at Whalley Avenue in New Haven Connecticut and today a lady that works there name Nilda disrespected me. Me and some people that were there were talking about how hot it is we ask if they could let 3 people in the can exchange area theres enough room for 3 and she just came out talking like if im a child im 49 years old and I went to my super market just to cash in some plastic bottles. I was so embarrassed that I think I wont visit or do my groceries there no more. I live in a apartment I pay bills and rent and if it wasn't for COVID-19 I would still have my job she made me feel like if I live in the street. Im a good person I have kids and grandkids. I want a verbal apology from nilda that works in Stop & Shop Whalley Avenue New Haven Connecticut 06511 its not fear that the employees that work in the bottle exchange era are so disrespectful she even threatened to close it down even when I explain my situation loosing my job after that she went inside and staring me down through the window I had to leave with my wife and my plastic bottles didn't even exchange them.
