Claims department is horrible! My daughter and I have been living in bad conditions for past months with no solution from State Farm. We need help repairing my kitchen and flooring. The kitchen cabinets cannot be restored to its original status and would not be able to match the top. I reported this to State Farm adjuster and nothing has been done. I have tried to communicate with the adjuster Michael key and he is non existent! I have reached out to my local State Farm office and they have even tried to reach out to the claims department in behalf of my concern.

Take your complaint a step further by escalating it to the State Farm’s main office and ask for another adjuster. Should this not yield any results, report the case to your state insurance commissioner. When delays persist, consult an attorney.
