Worn glasses for 50 years and never had an issue with any prescription. I gave it almost 2 weeks trial and returned to the store 10/21 showed them how much different my previous prescription was particularly the lower stigmatism value on Stanton script and that I could not use their prescription to drive and that the previous prescription I could still see to drive. The tech/rep stated they would contact the “doctors” to see if they would change to what worked for me in the real world not in a lab at my request. 48 hours later no contact. So I returned back to store 10/23 and the always rude so called asst mngr (no name tag visible rude x 3 visits) told me I had to wait until next week for a district manager when I asked for a refund for lack of service/useful product & lousy customer service. If I am not given a refund I am contacting the board of optometry, BBB, attorney general and looking into class action suits to join now as I can see with very limited research that state AGs and others are already suing Stanton not too mention the enormous amount of complaints seen on line. If that doesn’t work got a good lawyer who won a case for me about 15 years ago. At this point its not about the money but integrity. Not once did the tech on 10/21 or rude assistant manager ever give even a fake apology. On positive note Travis tech/rep was a very polite respectful and had excellent customer service skills unfortunately he was not there when I returned. I also was satisfied with the near vision values for reading If I could only use them to drive and see long distance. At this point after the way my complaint was handled poorly and your rude assistant manager I have no desire to do business with your company
Claimed loss: 735 dollars
Desired outcome: Refund my money
