Best place for value and selection
I only go to Clearly now. Glasses are a fraction of what they cost elsewhere and there are many stylish options. I found that the app is pretty decent for giving you an idea of how you would look in a particular pair of frames, but it is highly unflattering. I don't know what it does, but it seems to enhance all my skin tone and face shape flaws. With that being said, if the glasses look good in the try on app, they probably will look AWESOME in real life. I usually find the frames I like best online and then visit in person to get a better idea. Always happy, never disappointed with my glasses from Clearly.
Great products but can be slow shipping
I placed an order for contacts last year and ended up waiting an extra month longer than what I was told. Unfortunately there was nothing the customer support could do on their end as it was an issue with the manufacturers of the contacts. They expedited my contacts as soon as they got them which was nice. Again, nothing clearly did but just highly recommend if you are going to order from them (especially contacts), don't wait until you only have 3 weeks - a month supply left as it could potentially take longer. They also refunded me $30 for the wait and frustration so overall I was happy, just annoyed at how long I had to wait.
Not a fan of Splash - Update
Updating my below review. I took this from a 3 to a 5 star because after writing the below I received an email from Adriele asking questions about my concerns with the product and in turn determined they may be faulty. I received a return label and the option for full refund (credit) to purchase the contacts that have worked for me thus far. The responses were quick, efficient and the credit immediate, no waiting, no disputing my concerns or experience with the brand - Which is appreciated!
Ordering and receiving was quick and easy. Ordered the splash for the first time and find they move all over my eyes way too much for my eyes. Will be sticking with the everclear
Amazing company
I usually get my contact lenses from Costco and its the cheapest I've seen. However, this summer I've been working so much I'd rather not go to Costco so I ordered from Clearly and it was extremely convenient. They came straight to me I didn't have to go anywhere, they also arrived sooner than expected! Clearly sent a sample size pack of gummy bears which was cool but they contained gelatin and I'm vegan so I couldn't eat them. Overall the experience was nice. I would definitely order from them again if I'm too lazy to go buy them in person.
Edit: Clearly reached out to me and sent me some vegan gummies. This shows that they are willing to go above and beyond for customers!
Great team
We were so happy with with Dr. Emily and her exam for our 4.5 year old. We had had another exam elsewhere that we didn't feel was very accurate but Dr. Emily was great in getting our son to feel comfortable plus her assessment tools and space were geared to kids so that we felt very comfortable with the accuracy of the results.
The first pair of glasses were hugely discounted which helped significantly with finances and the product has been great, fitting our son well and looks attractive on him. Sukhpaul out front helped guide him in his choices to something that worked well and away from selections that were too big for his face.
Excellent experience, we will continue to have all our kids looked after at Clearly's locations.
I'm glad I took a chance with clearly
I have terrible eyesight. I've been wearing glasses since grade 2 and I'm in my late 20's. I have many eye issues and have been buying glasses from the same place for years. So many of my friend have been ordering online and raving about the pricing so with being a mother of 2 and pregnant with my third, I really couldn't afford to spend the $800-$1000 I usually do and I desperately needed a new pair. The pair I've had for 6 years were so scratched that when I received my order of 2 new glasses from clearly, I cried. The moment I put them on my face and looked at my kids and could properly see their features in fine detail, it was like getting glasses for the first time again. I saved so much money and I have my vision back again. I'll never ever order from another place ever again. Thank you for this service with all my heart!

Ordered my contact lenses on 06 August 2023 and despite following up every 2 or 3 days (it is now 27/10/23) I still have not received them.
They kept saying we will check with our warehouse and ship asap. But nothing would happen.
They are dishonest incompetent and infuriating.
I decided to stop listening to their lies and asked them to cancel the order - which they said they would do.
But why couldn’t they just be honest months ago and tell me there was an issue and cancel it themselves and replace the order?

Clearly Sunglasses Review: Poor Quality Frames and Disappointing Customer Service

Bought my contacts from clearly.ca I have two different prescription for each eye. Bought the 90 packs because they don't offer less. Got them and used a week worth and realized they are defective (theirs spot within an hour of me wearing them and blurs my vision) i called and emailed the company and they said they couldn't refund or return or exchange if the box is opened! I was like of course its open the box to use them and try them. So now they say they cant refund or exchange i even have the emails to prove it! Purchased a pair of glasses from ClearlyContacts website and when my glasses arrived there was a huge crack!
I contacted ClearlyContacts customer service right away and said that I can also provide pictures but they said they believe me and don't need pictures. They said that there was nothing they could do and said that I need to contact the shipping company! They literally said that they will do nothing to help! Save your money and don't order anything from this place.

Federal express refused to respond to a misdelivered pair of sunglasses ordered from clearly.ca. Clearly has refused to issue refund after 7 days of inquiring.
