I received my eyeglass prescription and the staff made a check mark that I wanted them tinted wich I received them but they were not tinted. The complaint is this after numerous call to the store which you have to call and he call center first before they connect you to the Knoxville store but they answer with Knoxville west town even thou they are based in Florida I had to wait for an hour so I can talk to someone there very frustrating after that the staff said oh no problem we will make another one. Well I called again just to make sure we'll no one seems to see that there are made no records show I was given the run around as no one there can make a decision on what to help the customer when there is an issue she said I will give this to my store manager he is training someone somewhere else and she added he is very busy, I can tell you after the fourth call and waiting and no one can make a decision on a customer complaint how to solve this I will not ever go back there the service just stinks no one cares there just a bunch of young kids that can't make a decision but yet they are they are in charge when the store manager is not there.
