not being able to order online the same menu as my local sonic @ chillicothe, mo
I just completed a satisfaction survey. And I have no problem with my local sonic. But my problem is that I love using order ahead sonic app and my food is ready when I get there and pick it up. But the brioche sausage and egg breakfast sandwich that my local sonic has ( Chillicothe, Mo) on the menu I can't find on the app anywhere. Also I would like extra shredded cheese ( which my local Sonic will put on) and can't find it in app anywhere either. I don't understand when you want everyone to order ahead on App why every possibility that you can order locally isn't possible on App. If this doesn't show who I am then my email is [protected]@hotmail.com

Ordered a vanilla cone and large popcorn chicken, we waited almost 45 minutes for our food. When we finally received our food the servers explanation was she was on break and had no idea we were waiting, she also had no idea that we were told that our food would be comp and went back inside the "make sure" which took even more time, which we didn't have, all in all terrible management at this sonic 0 stars

I came to Sonic with my daughter to get mozzarella sticks like always they sell his two orders and then tell me they have no marinara or Ranch and they couldn't take them back. At the DeWitt AT location I ordered a Philly cheese steak and a cheesecake shake only to be told they were out of both. I then ordered a cheeseburger tots and Carmel shake instead. I feel like I should have received a discount since none of the original items I wanted were avalible. Not having the proper supplies is bad business. I got a diet cherry limeade and there was an entire lime at the bottom of the cup taking up a quarter of the space that would have been my drink. I am incredibly disappointed because I feel that I paid a price for a medium drink and basically received a small. The service is also extremely slow. not having cheddar bites on the menu which causes issues
Hello,
I did want to say I'm so freaking excited that you brought cheddar bites back to your menu! I boycotted the Sonics after they removed them from the menu.
However I'm not happy that cheddar bites aren't on the "MySonic" app. I have to order my drinks for 1/2 off in the app and then push the red order button on the menu to order the cheddar bites. I then have 2 transactions with my debit card instead of 1 transaction. Also it's double work for the car hops, when it could be avoided by being on the app.

I placed my order through the sonic app and when I got there and waited about 10min. I know they have other customers but it doesn't take that long for two hotdogs. When I finally got it, left the premises and bit into my corn dog, the hot dog was cold inside and my chilli dog. I was very disappointed when I got home.
