This location has gone downhill since the previous manger left. One example: the general manager has fired at least ten employees and tells them It's because of over staffing. Then he hires his in his family in the place of the people he has fired! His dad, sister, brother, brother in-law, and room mate. And to boot he demoted three of his assistant managers so that his family members can be his assistants. It's completely unbelievable! I have had several friends that work there and the ones that have been terminated were notified by text message. Most of these people have children to feed and have had no warning at all.
This general manager, Tim Lemley, is a joke. He put his cell phone number at the bottom of the receipts. Instead of the store number. And when you call to complain that something was wrong with your order, his wife answers and says, "He is at work, sorry". And then hangs up. No can I take a message, or can he call you back. If you call the store they will argue with you about your complaints and if you do get through to them about something they say that you can come back anytime to get it fixed, and when you get there to get your "free item" no one seems to know anything about it. And you don't get your item corrected.
Another thing: if you go through the drive thru you can generally hear him yelling in a foul language to the employees. It made me feel pretty bad and I don't even work there!
Beware of this sonic! It takes too long to get your order (cold food, watered down drinks, ect.), carhops are unattentive and rude. Poor quality of food. I used to love eating at sonic. Not so much now.
