I ordered 2 specials, Mushroom Swiss melt combo and Bacon cheddar melt combo.
the food was cold, and the bread was stale and the Tater tots were not even warm, both hamburgers were cold and the dressings on them where old.
I even did the online survey, but have not received any coupons to make good on such a bad service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My husband and myself went to Sonic's on Ingram Road at 330 pm on May 23rd 2015 we ordered a chocolate sundae and a banana split well the banana split look like something a two year old would make no ice cream i took a picture and posted this on facebook so everyone can see what a lousy job Sonic employees do i guess i should have went to Dairy Queen.
