attendant never returned with my change
My neighbor and I went to the drive-in window at the sonice in trinity, texas and ordered three (3)
Chocolate brownie blasts, which came to $7.11.
I paid with a $20.00 bill and the attendant brought the three blasts but turned and left the window while my neighbor and I were trying to get the blasts in the car without spilling them all over the front seat...needless to say, the attendant never returned with my change. When I returned home and realized what had happened I called and was told she had already gone home but her register came up short. I spoke to another attendant the next day and was told the same thing but she would have the manager call me. Needless to say, he has not called me yet and I am out $13.00. They have ways, here in trinity to get around things like this so may I ask for the main office of Sonic drive-ins so I may make
My complaint there? Any help would be appreciated.
I am a retired 80 year old lady on a limited income and this should not have been.
Thank you, anyone, who can offer a suggtestion to help me with this or just help me find the address or e-mail address to sonic's main division.

You have quit serving toast and gravy with the chicken dinner. That and the wacky pack no longer offering a grilled cheese is about to lose me as a customer.
I am absolutely 💯 mad that they stopped serving the gravy. That was my favorite thing from sonic. If I wanted to dip them I'd just order the popcorn chicken.

Hi just a little disappointed I have your app and there was a deal on foot long corny dogs but the buns were frozen and also your small wonderful Shake's were on special and they didn't have that size cup so we didn't get those awsome Shake's or your delishous corny dogs bummber our mouths left crying ! This happened on August 9th 2023 at 7:45 pm
On Sunday august 13 at approx 11:10AM, My family ordered the new 7 piece buffalo chicken dip bites and other items to go. All items were correct except the bites. We received popcorn chicken with buffalo sauce pored on top. We live 20 minutes away and all the other food would have went cold so it wasn’t worth returning.
You should really do something about the day manger selling pills on the job site . Karma was the name she gave me when i asked her . Its really unprofessional and also illegal.

You hapve management put 2 ppl on evening shift. I'm sure your suppose to have 5 employees on the floor at all times.. jackson co sonic should be shut down if you can't get employees.. the employees are over worked n rude..
