I was paying $20 for Slings blue package. I had a lot of problems streaming. They raised the price to $49, and I am not putting up with the constant problems I have to deal with constantly when streaming. Constant buffering, freezing, can't change channels without logging out, DVR doesn't work. The screen constantly goes black with a message "wait a minute" then you lose the connection. It is so frustrating and not worth $1 to stream with all of the problems. Many complain. They have no phone number to speak with a live person. I chatted with a representative 4 days after I was charged $49, to ask for a refund because the streaming service wasn't working. They disconnected me.
Claimed loss: $50 for 4 days and I canceled and they would not give me a refund. I took pictures of the cancellation on my phone but can't download here on my laptop.
Desired outcome: REFUND THE $49.95 TTHEY CHARGED ME.
